I went to Elena at Skinlogic twice so far to dissolve my facial fillers, and I’m honestly very happy with the experience both times. Elena was incredibly kind and welcoming, listened patiently to all my concerns, and explained everything clearly.
On my first visit they had a new relaxing vibration chair, which was so comfortable and calming while I waited. I was also offered refreshments, which was a lovely touch.
On my second visit Elena carefully scanned my face before the treatment and made sure everything was done professionally and safely. I’m really happy with the results and overall service. Highly recommend Skinlogic!

After struggling with moderate acne scarring for years, I finally decided to try Erbium laser treatment. The initial consultation with Dr. Elena Bodean was excellent; and all the staff were very professional Dr Elena Bodean set realistic expectations for the results.
The treatment involved a numbing cream, which made the process very tolerable. I felt a warm, sunburn-like sensation afterward, and my skin was quite red for about a week. Following their aftercare instructions was crucial, and I'm so glad I did.

Terrible clinic. They do small treatments that's easy to do and pretend to know what they do for bigger things like Botox, threads and filler. They charge professional fees as great doctors in the area but with no results. The before and after photos are devious. Be careful. They use very cheap products and as little as possible. Been scammed out of 1400 pounds.
My aesthetician was Roxy and was later changed to Elena. Both ladies were very lovely and respectable. They made me feel comfortable and secure. The clinic is very clean. Regarding the laser sessions itself, I am a deeper skin colour and noticed it took a while to reduce the hair growth. The ladies had informed me of this before. In total I had 9 sessions and I unfortunately experiences a few painful burns towards the end. Overall my experience was good but for anyone who is a deeper skin colour it will take a while to remove any unwanted hair.

I recently had a lip filler appointment with the incredibly talented Elena, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with my results! I had 0.5 ml of Juvéderm, and the outcome is exactly what I was hoping for, my lips look lifted and much more symmetrical while still maintaining a very natural look.
Elena truly has an eye for detail and a gentle touch, which makes the whole experience so comfortable and reassuring, I felt no pain during the experience. I only trust her with injections , and she never disappoints. Highly recommend her! ☺️

Wouldn’t really recommend the lady is lovely who does the treatment , but my leg was burnt and blistered , and they wouldn’t let me reschedule my appointment that I missed after I was rushed to the hospital with suspect heart attack the night before and was unconscious so I couldn’t call “24 hours” before hand to give notice was refused a re schedule and was expected the pay the full price again rude customer service I would of been getting more treatments often so they lost out on £1000s.

In terms of your missed appointment, our policy requires 48 hours notice for rescheduling which is outlined in your contract, displayed on our website, and included in appointment reminders sent two days in advance. In your case we initially offered you the option to pay a reduced late-cancellation fee of £60 and have your session reinstated. As a goodwill gesture, we later offered to reschedule your missed session without any fee at all.
We made multiple attempts to contact you via phon, text, and emai, but unfortunately, communication broke down.
While we understand that emergencies happen, we do have fixed costs for every appointment slot and need to apply our policies fairly to all clients.
We regret that you feel dissatisfied, as our aim is always to support our clients while balancing fairness and business sustainability.

Adele is wonderful, very kind and meticulous but she left now and the new person missed part of my treatment that I paid for. I feel under very good care and I highly recommend her. I am also disappointed in the results I have done more than 16 sessions ant this clinic and multiple other before and have even worse hair regrowth in some areas and overall regrowth everywhere. One other downside of this clinic is that you must reschedule 48 hours before the appointment otherwise they charge £45 which is a shame.
