I was very conflicted about writing this review because the customer service that I received from the Dayuana and 3 movers was A-plus ...but with the good, comes the bad...I choosed this company because speaking with Dayuana made me feel so relaxed that I had to try them out...the movers showed up on time but they came in a small truck...although I was moving out of a 1 bedroom apartment, the truck was too small for all of the furniture...the driver stated that this was their only size truck and he acknowledged that the company really need a bigger truck...so after they loaded half of items on the truck they then stated that they were going to need 2 trips...Well this was not okay with me because this was going to add more hours and time to my move..
After speaking with Dayuana she quoted me a discount price for the additional time after my required time...I agree to her terms....Now this is where the horrible customer service come to play...the nice gentleman had to call the owner to approve the amount and the owner was a complete A-hole...he was so rude to me and my husband...he started shouting and stating the he was not going to honor what was told to me...he stated that he was going to call the police (which I welcomed)...and he made a complete butt out of himself...I could not believe that this male (because I refuse to call him a man) was speaking to me that way...after about 30 minutes of going back and forth with him I Settled on an amount to get this to end...
I really felt bad for the workers because they were so nice...I had to tip them anyway...I would never recommend them to anyone because the male who owes the business...that person was so horrible, rude and disrespectful...please beware...he don't know how much business he lost because of his unprofessional and Ignorant behavior...
