I have been working with Alex at SJP Accountants for almost a year and have been extremely happy with their support. One of the important qualities for me while selecting an accountant for my business was availability of the team to respond to my inquiries. While only a handful of instances in the past year, I don't think that I have ever waited more than one or two business days to hear back from Alex, depending on the nature of my questions. Aside from the prompt support, Alex has been keeping up with my books and was able to clean up my books that I kept myself timely and efficiently. I could not go back to self managing nor do I see myself ever needing to switch. It's been a great experience and it allowed me to focus on running my business and have more time for my family with a peace of mind knowing that my accounting is taken care of.
