Excellent services from the gentleman with a large amount of hair and the one with glasses They were very explanatory on the items on how to use it as well as very well mannered young men. The young with glasses is a dangerous sales man. The screen guard applied to my phone was done with excellence and haste that it looks like there is no glass on. He explained how baseus was a well quality brand that is reliable and convinced me to buy a charger for my phone. I came expecting for a cover and screen guard but end up being convinced to buy a charger that took my phone at least from zero to 100 in 50min. Definitely recommend the baseus brand being excellent quality screen guards and chargers, may be high priced but quality very is cheaper. Cheaper than iStore at least.

I bought what was supposed to be a brand new rsmote presentation pointer. Pointer was non functional as the battery was completely flat. The 2nd unit's battery was also barely operational. The person assisting me with the query then tells me that I shouldn't expect a fully charged battery. It's a 1st when I buy a NEW gadget with the battery dead with no use or the 2nd one being barely operational

Honestly, Tygervalley branch has the worst service. Went to get a screen guard installed for my iPhone 14 and it is installed incorrectly. Now my cover keeps lifting the screen guard. And since the cashier decided to throw my slip away I cant ask for a refund, even tho he said he can install it. I’ll rather go to iStore myself and pay the premium and have a working product and overall better experience. As well as why do they sell products for almost double the price compared to Takealot. Inwas shocked when browsing through their wallets and saw them priced at R299 when on Takealot the exact same one is R129. Will never see me again.

Terrible Service, bought an item that didn't work, when I returned it the next day they weren't able to assist me with Cash back or advise on alternative. Regional Manager advised he did not want to be contacted directly.

Excellent service , they treated me as more than a customer and instead a friend . Also the music is immaculate, just what I needed to cheer myself . To name a 2 of the excellent staff who made the experience excellent , a guy named Noodle and guy named Mo assisted me and explained the items in good detail so that I could make the purchase I wanted .

I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Prices of cell phone covers and screen protectors are very good. On my last visit they removed the old screen protector for me and took great care to ensure that the new one was perfectly fitted.

I can understand that we were the last customers in the store, but the customer service was horrible. Particularly as an Autistic person purchasing a plasma light of R800, one would think that they would want the sale, but honestly felt like we weren't welcome at all. What made matters worse, the lights was turned off while I wasn't even out of the store and then as leaving, the person I assumed to be the manager physically bumped into me, which was relatively traumatic. I'll probably still come back as I like the toys sold, but hope customer care will be improved in the future. Let's hope the plasma light works...

What an absolutely horrible experience at the Canalwalk branch. When you buy something the cashier is slightly more friendly, but dare return something made a mistake and the cashier treats you like a piece of rubbish. He is SO rude He is SO abrupt Not even sure if he did the reversal right on a debit card. No idea when I will get my money back. And because of this, I will never support this store again.

Service was excellent and there is a good range of cool stuff. Only downside is selling certain products that arent up to standard. Check the L on Mario's head. This brings the entire professionalism and trust in the store down and makes it a bit of a joke. Overall I like the store just dissapointed about the detail

I purchased a screen guard at the Table Bay Mall in March 2023. I heard the employee who seemed new stating to the manager that he damaged the screen guard. The manager advised that its only the adhesive on the guard that will disappear after 24 hours. It never disappeared and Taariq the manager at the Canal Walk branched assisted me. He applied the guard correctly, apologized and was extremely helpful. Well done in great customer service.
