Previously the Grand Floridian. Now under new ownership and he is completely a self entitled money hungry owner, hence the new name…. The guy has no clue how to treat clients and really shouldn’t be an owner operator. Looks to make money every way he can and can’t even provide proper services half the time! Buyer beware!

The owner just knows the rates since he sets them up. He's never raised or lowered a price by "the sound of one's voice" and I have to listen to him all day long. He's totally blind and can't see to hang up his iphone. I've never heard him say anything like "she's black." Thank you for your comment and I will read it to him. Thank you.
I read it to him and he says, we get many good reviews from “black” people because most of our events are black.

Had an event and they couldn’t get the boat started to move. Additionally the ac did not work it was super hot on board. The staff was very accommodating and kind in spite of the problems. Grand Princess, July 2022.
