Tuina is so so. Not very attentive stuff, massage service is mediocre, compared to my previous experience. Service is rigid too. A lot of hard selling than before. Physician is not so professional, one have strange personality. The shop itself is bright and clean.

I had an ACL replacement from a sports injury 3-4 years ago, and for some reason despite going to physiotherapy, my condition hadn't really improved past a certain point. And it constantly felt numb. My surgeon did an MRI scan last year and suggested I go for another mini surgery to repair some cartilage damage behind the knee cap. A family friend suggested I tried out acupuncture. While the first acupuncturist I went to did alleviate most of the numbness, my knee still wasn't feeling quite stable. I thought of heading back to surgery. At my brother's recommendation, I decided to try out Sin Kang TCM first and was assigned to Doctor Joel and therapist Amy. By the second session my knee was feeling a lot more stable! Thanks to Dr. Joel's expertise with Eastern and Western medical knowledge, along with Amy's skilled approach to loosening the surrounding muscles affecting the mobility of my knee, I've definitely noticed a huge improvement in my knee stability. To top it all off, both Dr. Joel and Amy are just as dedicated in their professions as they are caring individuals. I definitely feel I'm in very good hands with them. Can't recommend them both enough!

This Clinic has so many reviews, and the ratings are okay, so I think there should be no problem. 60分間の Tuina（日本人が思い浮かべる指圧マッサージのこと）で定期的に通っています。 本格的で、身体の不調の根本的な原因にアプローチしてくれるので、めちゃくちゃいいです。 Tuina は初めて受けると痛いので、最初の数回は必ず優しめでお願いしましょう。。 あと、施術するセラピスト次第では中国語しか伝わらないこともあるので、分からないことははっきり分からないと伝えた方がいいです。適当に頷いていて急にカッピングとかされると、受ける方も不本意だと思うので（私は過去その経験はないです）。

Dr Luke 刘医师 has been a great help in my medical journey for the past few months. I sought many western doctors for help with my issues and they were unable to diagnose or said I was fine, even when my tests were abnormal. But Dr Luke was able to help address my issues and work with me to improve my health holistically. I was also impressed by his skills when it comes to cardiac issues. Just by measuring my pulse 把脉, he was able to describe my issues and pulse that matched what my ECG showed. He has been very patient to listen to all my issues and carefully assess, really appreciated that he did not carelessly dismiss them like western doctors. The receptionists are also very friendly and proactive. They know I have a preferred slot and would confirm if I want to book it without me asking. I also appreciate that they are accommodating as well. Lastly, one of my main reasons for choosing Sin Kang is privacy and also cleanliness. You have individual treatment rooms, and you can see clearly they use single-use needles for acupuncture too.

My therapist Amy puts in a lot of effort to straighten my spine. After roughly 7 sessions, there is a noticeable improvement in my posture and the pain in my neck is a lot lesser. I highly recommend Amy to anyone who is serious about wanting to treat their medical conditions with TCM.

Be careful when buying a massage or tui na package. There is an expiry date of one year from the date of purchase. This was not communicated to me. I had a rude shock when I was told I was to forfeit my $1000 credit remaining as it was past the expiry date. In times of covid one would expect some flexibility. I was quarantined several all times over the last 12 months as I had been in close contact with covid positive family members or friends. This prevented me from using the package. At first I was refused any extension in spite of this. Eventually the reception contacted someone who then agreed to extend my package for a meagre three months. But there was more to follow. The following week I made an appointment for a 90 Min massage. I showed up at their shop five minutes before my appointment. To my surprise and amazement , I was told by the reception that an error had been made with the scheduling and there was currently no therapist available for my appointment. I was told to come back an hour later or reschedule for another day. This is so unprofessional. If there were no therapists available as some had taken ill or had an emergency at least have the consideration to inform the affected customers before the appointment. Why would u wait for the customer to appear at your door only to turn them away or ask them to wait an hour. It’s just terrible. And frankly bad for the image of your company. I have no complaints with their therapists. They are all hardworking and very competent. But the mismanagement of their customers is the biggest issue for me. Will not recommend.

My massage therapist is one of the best I ever had in past 20 years. I little bit expensive compared to Malaysia and Indonesia prices. Massages my neck, shoulders, hips and both legs.

Consultation with Dr Michelle I had neck pain for a month. Dr Michelle did acupuncture on my affected areas (neck) for the first time. It has elevated at least 20% of my neck pain. I can lay on my bed with less uncomfortable ache and sleep better now. Will continue to do my follow up with her. Recommended to visit this clinic

Don’t buy the massage packet. When buying, there was no deadline out of no where digitalized system and removed existing ledger and said I can’t even check my existing packet. Don’t recommend buying packet here

I went in because my shoulder and upper back was super stiff and can feel a nerve pain when I stretch... I think I had bad posture while working. Appointment booking was very fast. I did it on the morning itself! When I went in shop looks clean and tidy. Receptionist was friendly but mainly only spoke in Chinese... Waiting time wasn't long either! When I was inside the masseuse asked me which area pain and started on the process. It was not painful and quite soothing that I actually fell asleep! Before I know, I woke up and time was up already. The pain was gone too. Strongly recommend! Will come again if my back hurts again.

Had an appointment with Amy and it was excellent! Very experience and knowledgeable. She know what she is doing. Highly recommend and will refer to friends and relatives.

Very impressed by the skills of my therapist Kelly who was patient in explaining the treatment to me and looking forward to being back for more session. Definitely a great way to improve the lymphatic drainage of our body and it was a very comfortable session with noticeable results right after.
