I am renting an apartment at Ueberlandstrasse 11 in Dietikon. And I have a very bad experience with this company. There are ants everywhere in the apartment and I report this to the Sinhas and they dont want to reduce the rent. They are even writing to me to take me to the Betreibungsamt. So I advise you not to rent the aprtment from this company. If you do be careful because they will try to scam you as they are doing right now to me. I am posting also the photos. Please check before you have anything to do with this company.

They are one amazing team try know all your wishes and trying give all what you need. The house is beautiful clean and look the same like photos of the site. We are incredibly grateful to the Sinhas housing provider who assisted us in securing an apartment in Zurich on such short notice. Amid a critical situation, their prompt and efficient service was a lifesaver. Not only did they find us a place quickly, but the price was also very reasonable, which was a huge relief. Their professionalism and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of housing in Zurich.

I had the good fortune to stay at one of the Sinhas property in Zurich. Amazing experience and more importantly it's hassle free. The entire Sinhas team will contact you, guide n help you throughout. Rajeev (the owner) is extremely polite, helpful and down to earth. The apartments are clean, self check in and well n fully furnished. On top of there is anything you will require, the team will ensure it's provided timely. I have travelled in other countries as well, but the comfort n ease I got staying at Sinhas is unmatchable

One of the best and convenient place to live in Switzerland. I am living in an apartment in Oerlikon, zurich, almost all the amenities are available in the apartment. You can find couple of grocerry & food shop and varities of restaurant in surroundings. Tram and train stations are on walking distance only. Best part is behavior and response time of owner Mr. Rajeev Sinha and their team. Whole team are very friendly and responsive on any request. Would recommend 100% to everyone.

During our March 2024 trip to Switzerland, we stayed at three different locations: Zurich, Lucerne, and Lauterbrunnen. We rented Sinha's apartment at all three places, and it was a fantastic experience for us. Rajiv and his team were outstanding hosts, and we felt at home during our 10-day stay. The check-in process was seamless, and all the apartments were centrally located and excellently connected by public transport. In Zurich, the apartment was conveniently close to the airport, and in Lucerne, it was merely two stops away from the railway station on the way to the Pilatus route. Mr. Sinha was always available, very courteous, and provided us with valuable guidance on places to visit and avoid. There was also a house manager available who fixed our room heater within 20 minutes of our arrival. All the apartments were immaculately clean and well-maintained, and Mr. Sinha even sent us a complementary cake as we were celebrating our daughter's birthday. The highlight of our stay was the Chalet Maithili in Lauterbrunnen, which is a 150-year-old building that has been recently renovated with all modern amenities. We felt like royalty staying in this chalet. The rooms were spacious, and the chalet had a breathtaking view of the waterfall from the main balcony. It had all the facilities we needed, including a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen with all utensils, and even a few Indian spices. The chalet even had an old locker that was fun to play with. It was located around 300 meters from the railway station and 400 meters from the waterfall. If you are planning to visit Lauterbrunnen or Interlaken, I highly recommend staying at the Chalet. Also, I would strongly suggest using Sinha's team services if you plan to visit Switzerland as they are the best!

The quality and warmth of the chalet is amazing, clean, cozy, spacious and fully furnished with all sorts of top quality amenities.
