Had a wonderful experience with Luis Valdez. Made a booking online for next day service, and got a call from Britt Lewis that they could squeeze me in same day which was great. Moved into a new house and had them deep clean the carpet in the bedrooms and the tile entry it was incredible what they can do, saved me having to replace carpet in one of the rooms. There was no magic process just a lot of hard work. Price is great and transparent on their website which I booked online. No add ons or extra upsells. Really great company will use them again.

Simply Rug is an amazing rug cleaning service! They are extremely communicative, professional and they provide great customer service. I thought my (2) rugs may be unsalvageable but Simply Rug brought them back to life! They came by and picked them up cleaned them and delivered them back all for a great price! If I could I would give them more than (5) Stars, I will definitely be using Simply Rug again!!

Contacted 2 weeks ago to schedule a cleaning. They never responded. The owner now claims that they don't have any appointments that they haven't fulfilled. Here is my confirmation that they received my request, therefore, that isn't possible. We ended up scheduling with a company that responded to our inquiry.

Wow I don’t know how they got such a good rating I would give them zero. Initially we got good communication and they quoted us quickly with picture we texted. We bought our silk rug on Friday but didn’t seem like a professional business so we were a bit nervous since they didn’t evaluated the carpet or gave us a receipt …they said they would call us on Monday. No call came so we called Wednesday. They said that they called and texted us. We definitely didn’t get any communication. We wounded up picking up our rug since we were not impressed so far.
