Structural Engineer - Simplify Engineering Reviews

Very good service. Our architect came up with a scheme that is very open plan and warned us a pillar might be required for support. He used Simplify to design the structure and they came up with a design that kept the open plan. Unfortunately our builder failed to follow the structural design which wasn't discovered until completion when it became evident the structure had suffered movement of ceiling joists. Simplify were instructed to report on the structure and formulate a fix. Our new builder commented that the fix was well thought out and gave him an easy fix with minimal disruption for us. Well done Robert.

Requested a structural survey post level 3 survey which was carried out promptly and at a competitive price. I was very happy with the additional peace of mind for my house purchase. And had no issues with the service.
