When I first signed up with Simplia I was promised a professionally made website and marketing. The lady said I will start to receive calls in a month or two. When I first seen the website made the pictures on it had nothing to do with my company. They use AI to make the website and barely put effort themselves into it. I asked them to change a lot of the pictures they only changed one. Then I asked for a refund they begged me to stay one more month then finally agreed to refund me the money and cancel the service. A month later I had still no refund. They ended up charging me again without my authorization. the representatives kept saying they would get back to me every time I called saying that they have to speak with their team and will get back to me in a day. Finally I went to the bank and reversed my charges. Don’t go to this company they are a scam from overseas. Disregard their reply here is proof I was with this company.

The meeting was very orderly, and everyone was an expert in their field! All of the team members were helpful and guided me through the process of getting my social media accounts and google account access to them so they can work! Mink Manish and Shomendra communicated well with Shomendra controlling the flow of conversations. I feel like we got a lot accomplished. I have been waiting for this moment for weeks. It took a while to get here but now that we are here. I am feeling better about the process.
