As a realtor I work with a number of investors. Many people advertise deals, but Simple Wholesaling seems to consistently have the most competitively priced properties. That's why I bought a property from them myself, instead of another source. A quality and professionally minded group.
One of the easiest house buying transactions I have ever been through. They have great communication and were able to accomodate me with some non standard requests due to how I was buying the property. Very professional company who I would definitely use again in the future. I usually check their site first when looking for more deals.
