Absolutely love my Silvery leather bracelet with kids initials, nice and personal. But one problem, you can’t wear this in the ocean, the clasp has two magnets that hold it together, they rust quickly, and eventually it will let go and you’ll loose it. I’m in the ocean all the time so this is a big negative to me. Are there other clasps ??? That don’t rely on magnets or use metal?

We don't recommend wearing your jewellery in either the sea or in swimming pools, since silver can be damaged by the salinity and pool chemicals.
However, should you order again you are welcome to request a different clasp- we will always try to accommodate your request wherever possible.

0 stars, this company misleads their own customers as to where the jewellery is manufactured, they did not meet their own express shipping delivery timeline and refused to refund the $9 express shipping fee. I have never left a negative review, this is my first one. Do not buy from them if you value transparency and customer service.

Scam, Item never arrived My item never arrived, after being provided a fake tracking number. When attempting to contact via phone I've been advised the number is disconnected, and emails either bounce back or go unresponded. The ring my fiance and I ordered now won't arrive in time for our wedding.

I bought a personalized bracelet as a Christmas present for my husband. Within 2 hours of wearing it had completely tarnished. We tried cleaning it with the cloth provided to no satisfactory result. I reached out to customer support and they just washed their hands of the issue, dismissing it as “normal” and blaming us, then told me to have a good day. This is so disappointing and, frankly, not acceptable. The bracelet wasn’t cheap and now it can’t even be worn because it’s ruined.

The necklace is got with the engraving rings. In silver. Took awhile to come as its made in another country. The quality is shocking. The pendant changed colour even though I did not put it in water. In fact ive only worn it a couple of times. Also its all scratched too. Dont know how theres so many good reviews are they even real? *** reply i purchased in February this year and this issues came up way earlier after purchasing. Just didnt have time to review.

Purchased an engraved footprint leather bracelet - it is beautiful and exactly as advertised. A perfect piece to remember my angel baby. Great value product but unfortunately the laser engraving could have been deeper as under bright light the detail on my family crest is lost. In the future I would request that the lighter parts of the shield are engraved wider and deeper

Very very happy with the personal name necklaces i ordered and how quick they were made and delivered. Only suggestion would for us to be able to use paypal. I didnt wantnto provide my bank details so i emailed and arranged an electronic fund transfer. The response was very quick and cudtomer service was great. Thanks again...I will be back...

Ordered on the 10th of August with the impression it would take 8-11 days to arrive… it’s now the 23rd and still waiting. Constant emails, and the last one said it will be dispatched in 2-3 days from South Africa! This was a gift so pretty disappointing…

Do not order! Potential scam. I placed an order on the 5th of December and a few weeks later received a notification it had been delivered. It had been delivered, but to an incorrect address in a different state to mine. I doubled checked all my receipts, no error on my behalf. I followed up and was notified it was going to be rectified. Two weeks later, nothing has arrived. I follow up again, once again I am notified it is going to be shipped, once the incorrect customer sends it back 🤦‍♀️ At this point, it has been 2 months since ordering. I would have expected them to remake my order and send it, rather than depending on a third person to correct their mistake. Two weeks later, I requested a refund which was acknowledged but I am still yet to receive to receive it (19 Feb). Learn from me and do not order unless you want to be scammed!

As with everything in life, no one is perfect and human error sometimes creeps in. That’s why, in your case where your order was inadvertently switched with another and delivered to the wrong address, we’ve tried over and over to contact the other customer affected, to no avail. I ordered a ring for my partner. This parcel was mislaid by the postal services. I contacted Silvery via email and got a call from the owner in South Africa. He was very apologetic and immediately arranged a redo which was sent off the same day via courier. I got it, complete with engraving, within 6 days. In time for Valentines Day.
