☺Apartamentul este cu adevărat fabulos poate printre cele mai bune locuri de cazare din Poiana Brașov. Este utilat cu tot ce trebuie pentru o familie numeroasă ca a noastră cu șase membri dormitoarele sunt foarte spațioase Băile minunate iar spațiul de la etaj este construit cu mult bun gust și mult mai confortabil decât în casă cele mai bune. Foarte utilă Este și mașina de spălat vase dar și televizorul foarte mare canapelele confortabile și lumina minunată prin geamurile multiple de la etaj. Este bun și locul de parcare de la subsol mai ales în situația în care afară ninge și găsești mașina dezghețată și cum trebuie.
☹Ar fi necesar să existe mai multe elemente de veselă la bucătărie mai ales pahare.

Towels and bedsheets were clean.
☹ General cleaning was lacking. Dust gathered on the living chandelier, confetti traces on the bar counter top, upstairs toilet missing towels, couches and chairs upholstery looked overused and not clean, debris found inside the armrest folds of the armchair.

Great spacious Penthouse for family gatherings!
☺ Great view from the very spacious living room. Also very generous bedrooms. Many toilets and bathrooms in order to accommodate more guests, appropriate for such a big penthouse. Indoor garage for 2 cars. Well equipped with proper size TVs, HiFi station, big refrigerator, etc. Sauna worked very well and was easy to use.
☹ Towel dryers did not function in the bathrooms, although all bathrooms were equipped with those.
Microphone to the karaoke station did not work. Location a bit remote for going to restaurants in Poiana Brasov in the evenings, as taxis or Uber/Bolt were pretty scarce.

Un penthouse frumos, peste care a trecut putin vremea insa. Cu un minim de investitie se poate face un refresh insa, si

☹In living nu a functionat incalzirea, noroc ca a mers sa incalzim cu aerul conditionat, cat de cat. E spatiu mare insa, si nu e randament bun asa. De asemenea in bai, nu a mers incalzirea, doar in dormitoare. Curatenia ar trebui facuta mult mai riguros, in bai nu era chiar bine, prosoapele patate, etc
