Capital platform, I have an account on the Cosmos Capital platform, and my account was blocked for 5 weeks. During this entire period, I was unable to withdraw any funds from the platform. There was a total of $97,650 in my Cosmos Capital account, and I could not access or withdraw this money due to the block. I tried to reach Cosmos Capital both by email and by phone, but I received no response or explanation, and my problem remained unresolved. Because I could not get any help or clarification from Cosmos Capital, I ultimately had to seek external support.
