Experience the magic of Sian Kaan
We took this Full day Sian Kaan experience tour. It was a fantastic experience all around. Our guide Mylene, did an amazing job of explaining about the biosphere and the various animals of its habitat. We also had a good chat about Mexico and life in general on our way back. The driver did a good job of driving through the bumpy jungle terrain. Pick up/drop and everything was on time. The weather did not permit snorkeling, but they gave us extra time on dolphin watching. We saw crocodiles, dolphins, various birds, sea turtles. Punta Allen village visit was a calm and beautiful climax of the trip. The fast and bumpy boat ride through the waves of the Caribbean Sea and through the mangroves was the highlight. Also chilling with a beer, wading in the shallow waters near Punta Allen was relaxing and fun. We felt the price for the tour was completely worth it.

Amazing tour of Sian Kaan
This tour is amazing. We had Nora as a tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. She spoke 3 different languages and explained everything in all 3 languages. We had lunch in Punta Allen, the most beautiful little town. We swam in the natural pools and it was absolutely breathtaking. It is a long, bumpy ride to get to the boat, but 100% worth it. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, lots of birds, and manatees.

All three were amazing and we highly recommend this tour group. They were the most native-focused group with locals driving tour boats and serving lunch and making money instead of some corporation.
The van ride out to the boats was HORRENDOUS. There is no other way to get to the boats, and unless you want to take 4 hours going slowly, a 1.5 hour ride from digestive hell is the only way. Tibo entertained us the whole way and made it clear that if we needed to stop, it was no problem and to just be communicative. Once on the boat, Israel guided us to turtles, dolpins, awesome snorkeling, and a cool lagoon where we hung out and had a beverage. It was luxurious and nature-centric.
Go with Pixan. You won't regret it. And take a motion-sickness pill before the final part of the van ride.

Let nature be nature
Great trip, on which we were so lucky to have encountered many animals. Still, the encounters were kept brief as it may stress out the animals. Knowledge of tourguide Nora was excellent, as well as her enthousiasm. Also, the organization of the whole trip came across as very professional. Next ste: electric bus and boat?

They pick us up and drop as they said, All incredible, we saw crocs, birds, turtle, dolphins, fish, shark, the captain knew exactly where were the animals. Macarena was our tour guide, she is amazing, explained everything perfect, she speaks English, French and Spanish, so nice, we had snacks and lunch and beverages. Simply incredible, try with the best

Great outing to a beautiful location
Great outing, very well organized. We pick you up at the hotel and bring you back, an hour's journey on a jungle path (we saw a raccoon), and then a boat trip to see the birds(sea eagles, pelicans, cranes, …). We were lucky enough to see a crocodile, dolphins, a turtle, a shark. We swam with a manatee thanks to our pilot who saw it, and on the way back a mother with her baby. I liked this animal-friendly ride, we don't harass them, we observe them for 5 minutes and the pilot leaves. I recommend 100%. Thanks to Mylene our guide on this outing, who shared with us her passion for this beautiful place.

Immersion in lush nature
The tour started very early. We left Playa Del Carmen for Tulum in a very comfortable van. Our guide, Rafa, was always very helpful. My wife and I were the only Brazilians in a group of French and Spanish people, and Rafa served everyone carefully and attentively. Always calling us by name, he showed, presented and explained about the places, the fauna and flora. In fact, this is a very rich tour. An immersion in the beautiful nature of the place. Lunch is included in the tour. Despite being very simple, it is tasty, if the beautiful beach where we stopped to eat wasn't enough. Unfortunately we didn't manage to see dolphins, but that didn't lessen our gratitude for being in that place. I highly recommend it!

We had a very nice day! Saw many beautiful birds, but also turtles and dolphins and even a crocodile. The bumpy road with potholes was really something. Delicious food at Punta Allen and also snorkeled, which we didn't think was very special. We were less satisfied with The French Guide. The guide spoke much more in French to French people than to Dutch and English people in English, which we thought was a shame!! An expensive excursion but worth it!

Impresionante el tour `pr Sian Ka'an, no hay que perdérselo, lo repetiría mil veces. Además me impresionó la sabiduría de Paty, lo atenta y generosa que fue. Fue una guía excelente, cercana, y respondió todas nuestras dudas. Aprendí muchísimo, disfruté de lo lindo y Paty superó todas mis expectativas como guía.

Sian Ka'an Reserve
The beautiful landscapes and surroundings, the organization was very good, the guide Rafael was wonderful (very friendly and gave a lot of useful information) and the food was very delicious. We saw turtles and cat shark. We had no luck with the dolphins or the crocodiles. For the surroundings alone, it is well worth it.

They had the best price for the sian kaan tour, basacally all companies provide the same tour with different prices. It's 1.5 drive on a bumpy road, then a boat trip. We saw dolphins, sea turtle, many birds and some animals, did some.snorkelong. The guide was fun and nice. Tour was nice, this kind of tour in asia costs 5x less, but I guess this is what you get being a tourist destination next to US. Iwas sad to see trash and toilet paper in the jungle.

Nice full day trip with optimization potential
Overall, a nice trip. However, you should know that you will spend most of it in the van and drive over pretty bad roads. When you arrive it's very nice, you can see dolphins, turtles and, if you're lucky, crocodiles or manatees (unfortunately we weren't able to). Food in the restaurant simple but delicious. Guide explained many things in two languages

Amazing kid-friendly eco tour
Salvador and Aldo (and captain Alexa!) provided a truly magical experience with their tour of Sian Ka'an. Well organized, informative, and charming. Yes, the road in is long and bumpy, but totally worth the effort. Kids were enraptured from the moment we stepped on the boat. Crocodiles, dolphins (up close!), a manatee, and even a large sea turtle (up close!). Fantastic snorkeling on a healthy coral reef, a calm swimming spot, and a visit to a sea bird colony were all included. Tasty lunch at Puenta Allen and an hour or so to hang out at this sleepy and remote beach town (quite wonderful, really). Another reviewer said that the tour was the highlight of their trip and it was the same for us.

Muy buena organización. Nos recogieron y dejaron en la puerta del hotel. Grupo de 6 en una lancha. Ves los puntos de interés de Sian Ka'an tranquilamente, y se esfuerzan por enseñarte la fauna del lugar (delfines, tortugas, cocodrilos, tiburón gato, diversos tipos de aves). Nuestro guía, Rafa, fue muy atento. La comida nos sorprendió, estaba muy buena (tacos de camarón, arroz, pescado y pollo con tortillas).

A great day in nature
Our tour leader was excellent. We were the only English language speakers-everyone else was from France. So she had to provide every instruction, every bit of knowledge, and all of her significant insights in two languages. We began the adventure at a rockery in the lagoon, and saw an amazing collection of birds, including nesting frigates and a few pink spoonbills. Throughout the day we did and saw everything promised- dolphins, turtle, crocodile, and even a shark and a couple stingrays- all in their natural environment. Even the lunch was good, which isn’t always the case on tours. That said, it is a long day, and the bumpy road and un-cushioned motorboat ride took a toll.
