Updating my review: They did the ol bait and switch scheme.. Was informed we would receive a free rainmate for a Facebook post even given posting instructions that state “no catch” go to get the “Free” rainmate to be told I have to pay $15 and a sorry we just started that, they must not told you. Very disappointed the fact it was not told to me had me post “Free” “no catch” post to be lied upon arrival. They also did not provide any courtesy waive of the fee. We purchased our rainbow Sunday June 2nd they said they started it June 1st. I was not told and it’s terrible customer service to continue to argue in front of a line of people when genuinely we were not informed. I would be willing to remove this review if this is resolved. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. This would be like advertising free car washes then after your car is washed saying oh you now owe us $15 for the products used to wash your car. “Bait and Switch at its finest” We were told FREE- make it right! Previous Review: Just received my Rainbow Sunday and absolutely best decision we could have made. 🤗
