Comfy room with a nice fridge inside. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming. as are the dogs ;) the lake nearby is cute and we had a great time!

Karen and Bob are a lovely couple who have three standard poodles to complete their pack. The room we rented from them was clean, nicely decorated and had a great view. The location of their house is beautiful and situated right next to a huge lake. Unfortunately the described central AC does not reach the sunflower room at all and we were incredibly hot. Even with two fans and the door propped open the room was very very hot.

We needed a place to stay overnight to break up the long drive from New Jersey to Provincetown. It fit the bill. It was just as described and depicted. It was clean and homey. Easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom is big enough for two people and two dogs. It was pin-drop quiet in there. There were plenty of clean plush towels, and there was a thoughtful basket of snacks in the room. The common space is spacious and lovely. Karen and Dave were very friendly and gracious hosts, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Their poodles are sweeties. And the one time we needed help (we locked ourselves out), Dave responded immediately.

This was a great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood that allowed me to take walks after my busy shifts to unwind. Karen and David created a clean, comfortable room for me to stay in over the past month. If you’re a dog lover, they do have 3 friendly poodles. Even if you’re not much of an animal person, there is no fur or mess in the home. The bathroom was also very clean and the hosts even offer to clean it for you during your stay. The hosts go above and beyond in wanting to get to know their guests. They make a consistent effort to invite guests to dinner, hikes, etc. They seek conversation often. If you’re looking to have this level of involvement during your stay, you’ll be very happy here! All in all, it was an extremely hospitable experience.

Karen, David and their three sweet doggos were amazing hosts! The rooms were extremely clean and they had gone above and beyond with extra towels, snacks, coffee and breakfast in the morning. They were so friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. We will definitely be back when the weather is nicer to kayak and paddle board the beautiful pond at the end of the road.

Very welcoming & responsive hosts. Nice, clean room & bathroom with all the essentials you need plus more to make you feel comfortable. Cute doggies, too! Was convenient for the event I was attending at Foxwoods. Felt safe with the “personalized” keypad code to enter the house.

Karen was very communicative and responds quickly. The place is beautiful, private, and everything was perfect. Is a great place to stay!

Stayed for a couple of nights. Comfy bed, large room, kitchen with everything you could want. All rooms very clean. Karen was sweet and left a ton of snacks in my room for me. There are two guest rooms, and they are far enough apart so that you can’t really hear anything from the other room, so all was quiet even though there were other guests while I was there. Nice comfy couches in main room and big TV. Close to the frog bridge, which was fun to see. Karen was quick to answer a question I had. Great hosts and comfy clean lodging. I’d stay there again.

Very easy going hosts. Had fresh brewed coffee first thing in the morning and good conversation. Comfortable bed, I slept well. I would highly recommend them.

Karen and David have been very helpful and considerate from the get-go. The place is new and many details are well thought out. I primarily booked the place for my mother and she was very satisfied.

I had a quiet restful night at Karen's house. She graciously gated their dogs in the kitchen as I checked in and out, since I had let them know that I am not super comfortable with pets that I don't know.

We arrived in the evening and Karen and Dave greeted us, showed us around and told us what we needed to know. We enjoyed the room as it was spacious and comfortable. The area is peaceful and scenic. Our host were friendly and our time there was enjoyable.

Karen and David were fantastic hosts and great people! Their dogs are the cutest and sweetest! Loved that it was close to my wedding venue location! Super informative and helpful on what to do and where to go! Served a simple breakfast that was perfect! Loved staying here! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Karen and Dave offer an absolutely incredible Airbnb experience. This was my third stay, and it now feels like saying bye to a close friend/family member at the end of my stay. They specially took time and effort to purchase things they knew I appreciated and left them in my room for when I arrived! It was such a sweet and warm surprise and made me feel even more at home. As I mentioned in the past, their home is exceptionally pristine clean, their bed and couches are super comfortable, and they're both kind and gracious host that will go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic experience.

Karen and David were extremely gracious hosts from the get go. Before we even checked in I felt great about my decision & very comfortable. They were flexible with our schedule, accommodating & super friendly /easy to communicate with. After checking in we even delayed our plans as we were having such great conversations with both of them. They both have a great vibe to them that put Ben and I at ease immediately - we felt like we made new friends in addition to being super hosts. The entire house was squeaky clean but felt cozy and comforting at the same time. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets & pillows if we wanted them. The fresh fruit, yogurt and bread choices for breakfast were perfect! We enjoyed chatting with another great guest staying there as well and we know without a doubt we will be returning to this Airbnb for certain. Highly recommend you give this super clean, cozy place a go, you won’t be disappointed!

Karen and Dave are gracious, generous, and kind. This is my second time staying at their home and it will definitely not be the last. Karen and Dave care to make you feel at home and have an experience. Their home is pristine clean, in an excellent location, and everything about it is comfy (comfy bed, comfy couches, comfy table and chair for doing work, comfy island in the kitchen to eat breakfast, Karen and Dave are extremely warm and welcoming, etc.) I highly recommend you stay at their home if you're looking for a place to stay in Connecticut that will feel like home, in a great location, with exceptional hosts.
