On November 16th, my Fiancee and I went there for a washing machine and gas dryer. They had 2 dryers and and one washing machine. We purchased what we needed, and received confirmation emails for a product that did not match what we had purchased which already raised our suspicion. We go back the next morning to pick up our held items and they cannot find the washing machine. We describe the item and they come back to us, stating that the crew who sold us the machine had left the product on the sales floor with a "sold" tag instead of pulling the only washing machine they had in stock. A customer came in 30 minutes before us, took the tag off and purchased the machine.
Now they want us to wait til the next truck comes in with a washing machine, guaranteeing that we have first dibs. Problem is, they don't know how long that could be and I already don't trust them as a business at this point. They should reclaim the machine they sold in error and make that customer wait since they stole a machine that was already sold.
Needless to say, if you're going to purchase from this store and need to put it on hold, do not leave the store until they pull your items off of the sales floor to save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and out of pocket expenses I'm having to go through for their lack of follow through and dishonest business practices.
Went in on Thursday afternoon with my wife to pick out flooring for our new home...bought and paid for $2950.00 worth of flooring ro be picked up by me Friday morning. Also picked up 1 piece of trim for $8.00 to see how it would match the flooring that we were not replacing. It didn't match, so when I went to pick.up the flooring friday mornig, thought I would exchange for a different color ...when I walked in was immediately told..we don't take returns...was a bit disbelieveing that after spending almost $3000 there, they would not exchange a $8 piece of trim...forgot to.mention that wife.and I had looked at refridgerator and freezer there the night before.and took.measurements for fit...had intended to purchase both that morning.at.a cost of $3200...decided to shop elsewhere, even if I have to pay more for same item...i won't be returning to Jacksonville warehouse for anuthing.
I thought thisnplace was gonna be great I WAS WRONG! The lady was so friendly and helpful, she assured us she had everything we could need. WRONG! The counter she sold us is 5 inches too small the doors ee bought ar ethe wrong swing even after my husband told her multiple times. We wanted 63 boxes for flooring she only gave us 60 once again we repeated multiple times 63. Lastly she sold us a shower she said would be perfect, nope had to cut wall out to get it thru door. Then when I called to see if they could hold 3 boxes of flooring due to the fact we live 1 hour away it was NO and not their problem. Never again steer clear of this place. I guess she saw I was spending $5000 and just couldn't focus.

Their customer service and product knowledge surpasses expectations. We manage several rental properties and this store is our first place to go when we have a remodel project to complete.

It's a one stop shop for the holiday season. The staff is amazing!!! Ready, willing and able. Very well organized. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gifts or fixing up a place.
