My family has been using Jim O'Rourke, owner of Little Shop Of Computers, for over 13 years. Jim has been essential in helping us with all of our computer and A/V needs. Jim is quick to respond, efficient, reliable, trustworthy and offers competitive pricing. Jim has helped me make the best decisions for laptops, desktops, printers and TVs over the years, always taking my budget into consideration. I often get overwhelmed by the choices, and he always takes the time to explain the pros and cons of each. I wouldn't order anything without consulting Jim first and have found it easiest to just purchase through him directly. Jim does home installs for desktops, printers, copy machines, TV and audio, and he installs everything quickly, smoothly and to perfection. (Especially TV/Sound-bar wall mounts) What I find very helpful is whenever I have problems with my laptop, I simply drop it off to him and he always has it ready for me to pick up the next day. If you aren't a tech savvy person, Jim is THE BEST contact you will find. Not only will he go out of his way for you, he will make your life so much easier. He truly is a one stop shop for all of your computer and A/V needs. I cannot recommend Jim and Little Shop of Computers enough.
