I recently purchased paint from the Sherwin Williams on Rangeline Road. I was using the paint in my new construction home on brand new drywall. After priming the wall, I noticed the paint was not adhering to the wall. I spoke to the manager Dominique and he went above and beyond to help me figure out what was causing the problem. The level of customer service was an unexpected surprise. I highly recommend this location and I will return for any of my painting needs in the future.

Called 10minutes before they closed and was on hold and didn’t get to place order for next day. Called next day and said that I would have to hold for a while before placing an order and because how busy they were. I was in parking lot and no one was there. Sad

I am preparing to paint my home interior. I had read great reviews of Sherwin Williams and was looking forward to asking a few questions as I choose my colors. The man working could not have been less interested in helping. He was very dismissive. The color selection was good and the paint will be from Sherwin Williams regardless, but my visit to the store was disappointing.

Steven helped me to get the paint color I needed to do the touch up.
I appreciate his effort because that was my 3rd attempt to get a matching color ( agreeable grey) and 2 other people just sold me the paint and it didn’t match existing wall color because paint brand was different 🤷‍♀️
