Good product, poor service experience The delivery of my pre-fab building was smooth, and the product itself appears durable, but my experience with the warranty process was disappointing. Unfortunately, the warranty process was unnecessarily complicated; I was given conflicting information about deadlines, and my claim was ultimately denied. To make it worse, I was offered a repair quote instead of proper resolution. While the construction is solid, the frustrating customer service and warranty issues are worth noting before ordering.

DONT USE!! Horrible. Made a final payment and they overcharged and refuse to refund.. DONT USE THEM unless you like people stealing your hard earn money. Customer service is horrible and rude. Everlynn is the worse person I have ever spoken to at any business ever. There was so many red flags buying here and this was the final straw.
