They did a great job in removing a car wrap that my firm A Farber and Partners Inc had put on my minivan! My kids are happy that the "Live Debt Free" wording is now off our family vehicle. Haha. Also, they fixed my car starter for free. Thanks guys!

Not going to trash them and give one star since I never actually got the work done there. Called for a price and was quoted $425. Same job down south (Hamilton) $250. Why $175 more up here ?
To respond back to your response. I’ve dealt with several companies down south and had great service and quality for years. I moved up here and will continue to deal down south. Yous guys are gouging people up here. People from down south are moving up here and starting businesses. Only a matter of time until the Northern gougers are out of businesses. Be as calky as you want. It’ll be short lived

Follow up- you’ve changed your review from 5 stars to 2 based on our reply? You called around town, you know our price is the same as everyone else, yet you give us a poor review? Did you leave poor reviews form everyone else in town as well?
Also it was $325 you were quoted, but even still, let’s say it was $425...
That $175 you saved by driving to Hamilton?
Cost you $80 in fuel in your Nissan Titan, a days wages, plus food. In the long run you just spent more money to drive there and a support a business that does not support your community, your local businesses and your local youth sports teams, so it’s lose lose.
I’m sorry you think we are being cocky, we are not. We have been supporting our community for 20 years and we will continue to do so for many more.

After installing my interlock system incorrectly, causing damage to my truck I was laughed out of the shop, after inquiring if possibly something was wrong. Upon driving to Barrie to a new lifesafer location, I was informed it was done terribly, was asked for a statement and many pictures were taken.
Shortly after noticed shark's lost their contract with lifesafer, coincidence?

Sorry you had a bad experience with Lifesafer, Zach. They are a separate company from us. We wish you all the best on your road to recovery however. Stay safe. As far as Lifesafer contracts go, lifesaver lost the provincial contract, and alcolock took it over.

What amazing customer service. Answered my questions very professionally and then ask question about my vehicle, witch showed interested in having me like there customer. thank you for that friendly voice and cant wait for my appointment next week :):)

I ignored the couple of reviews about "special installation" whoes and glad I did. Good on owner to respond reviews.
Was a easy experience. Called, got a price for my car type, set an appointment, rescheduled, dropped off and picked up all with pleasant dealings and for the price as quoted over phone. Can't expect better than that!

After installing remote start, the system worked fine all winter.As soon the late spring came, the radio,clock,temperature control auto door lock ect. all quit working until the fall and resume working after temperature cooled down. They told me that my Radio needed change. My Radio works fine all winter and stop all summer . The're connection is faulty and they won't do anything about it.
today Dec 10th 2019 I have my car in the garage and they tell me that they have no power at the computer plug port and have to disable the remote start which is going to cost me over 300.00 just to remove the remote after paying over 400.00 to install.
DON'T USE THESE GUYS . THEY SUCK

Hi Rusty, you have never been into the shop to have work done, I have searched your name. You have also never called us to have us look into your issue. I think you may have us confused with another shop. For your information, there are absolutely no connections made anywhere near the radio on any remote start installation. We wish you all the best in finding a solution to your problem. UPDATE: your complaint has never been brought to us, we have never seen your car, nor have we installed anything in your car. How can we make it right?? You and your fake name leave bad reviews, but never give anyone the chance to make things right... Why did it take you 2 years to have your car diagnosed? Which garage did the diagnostic and repairs? Thanks for coming out!
