Getting a hold of a human is basically non-existent. IVR/AI does not compute the situation and replies with the same canned answers. Never has an order been so hard to exchange. I just need a duplicate return label. The size I ordered is too big and I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size. What happened to customer service?

I bought the Shapermint body suit from Amazon and I had to reply… Where should I start? Hips….momma used to say I could carry mine in a bushel basket when I was eight so you can assume I was a chunky bit of prepubescent endowment. Waist…non existent. I knew it should be inside somewhere but it was so well hidden Lewis and Clarke would have been stumped. Bust…and if ever words were true then surely mine was, a total bust…as in total failure. Let’s face it. I had a lot in common with the Egyptian pyramids, shape wise. However, after 60 years of just settling, mentally and physically, with my questionable attributes I happen to see an ad for this product that, in no way, shape or form, resembled me. The hype was exciting. The vision was alluring. The price was acceptable. But my hopes seemed impossible. The challenge was daunting! And so with few misgivings and a Discover card I took the chance. I checked out all the styles and admired all the colors but was somewhat dubious on the size to order. I always wanted a tiny waist, big bust and curvy butt. What the heck! Went middle of the road with a medium. Hey, I can dream, right? And so I chose one in beige and one in white and full bodysuit. I didn’t want any body part left out! In timely fashion, four days later my Jiminey Cricket package arrived on my doorstep. No fanfare, plain brown package but with Amazon’s smile logo emblazoned across the front. Was this a warning that I expected too much from a simple garment? Did the person who processed my order know me from childhood? Who knows what? Ok, so I go back inside, tear the package open and gaze at my heart’s desire. I removed one from the plastic bag and held it up in front of me and looked in the mirror. Ain’t no way, Ethel! This looks like a onesie and I’m more like a twelvesie! But, it’s beautiful. So shapely, so clean and fresh, so absolutely perfect! And I must be out of my mind! At seventy, who am I trying to kid, fool, or impress? Simple answer….ME! I giggle with excitement as I step into the bottom of this bodysuit and pull it up over my hips. So far, so good! Slowly, holding my breath, I ease it up over my bust and slip my arms into the shoulder straps. I expel my pent up breath and open my eyes to the mirror. WOW! A miracle has been preformed! I am totally amazed and speechless by the transformation this simple garment has wrought! I no longer suffer from the “furniture disease”. You know the one where your chest has fallen into your drawers? WELL, my ladies are definitely “top drawer” now! This body suit has a built in bra panel that definitely defies gravity. No separate bra is needed now. My waist…where have you been all my life? But there it is, right where I always dreamed it would be. No one will believe this! No ridges, rolls, bulges or tummy bumps. Just smooth, sculpted transition from bust to hips. And speaking of hips…where did mine go? Clean lines, you’ve gotta be kidding me! Sleek, lifted butt with no drooping. If I didn’t see it I wouldn’t have believed it! Hey, Momma! No bushel basket needed! And the greatest surprise is how well this bodysuit is made. The material is a thick material that is strong but amazingly comfortable to wear. Younger women could wear this as an outer top but at my age I prefer to keep it more reclusive. The bodysuit has hooks in the crotch so you don’t have to remove it for nature calls, so convenient! It comes in many colors, styles and sizes. Definitely order it one size smaller than you would normally wear. Overall, I can’t thank this bodysuit enough for the changes it has made to my “vintage” physique! I would give it 20 stars if I could! It slims, it trims, it lifts and it curves me in all the right places. But now, I’m shopping for new clothes, sitting here in my bodysuit, humming “A dream is a wish your heart makes…”!

It’s not that the product is bad, it’s there communication when something goes wrong! I have had problems with the 2 orders I placed. Last order was shipped late & I live in an rv and I leave for my summer home on the 15th of April. First order was shipped & received in 10 days, second order didn’t even ship for almost 2 weeks…now I won’t be there to receive order. I have tried to email company but have had no reply that I can read. It sucks. Now I’m out that order and noon at Shapermint cares😢😳

Terrible fit. Bought 1 and hate it. Also said it was Coming free with purchase a pair of long shorts length spandex and it came With a panty instead. Don’t waste your money

All over shaoer fell crazy short of smoothing and shaping claims. I'm only a size 10--shouldn't have been that hard. Before and after pics are extremely misleading. What a waste of money!

I purchased 4 last June. The material is good, but you still end up with a uni-boob. No support & unless the bra is on tight your boobs will fall out and when it's tight my back is throbbing by the end of the day. I expected a better fit very disappointed!

I ordered an item that is out of stock. I just want it in another color. I am getting the runaround from their bot. They want to substitute an inferior item even though they have what I want. Meanwhile, I don’t have my item nor do I have the rest of my order. I ordered another item and put my exact measurements in their size calculator. I was surprised that it said I was a medium. It’s too small. I need a large. They won’t exchange it because it was on sale. But almost all their stuff is perpetually on sale. I complained. They sent an email but cancelled my complaint because I didn’t respond within 24 hours. I’m hospitalized with complications of cancer and am having multiple procedures. I can’t always get to an email within 24 hours. Especially when it takes 3-5 days for them to send the email. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction return policy but it’s a scam. They make lame excuses and won’t fix issues that were their own error. Do NOT order from this company!

1st I was charged for product I did not order. I ordered 2 bras, 1 at full price and 1 at 50% off and I was charged for double that. Trying to access customer service is virtually impossible so I decided to just keep the 2 extra bras. 2nd That was a terrible idea as these are easily the worst fitting bras I have ever owned. The straps slip and the band rides up and rolls no matter how I adjust the sizing. They're truly uncomfortable to wear. Save your money!

Customer service is non existent. It's an AI bot who just keeps repeating the same catch phrase with nothing to do with your question. There is no human to reach. They charged me $77 (plus exchange) for something I did not authorize. I could not cancel the order. It said I had to return it in which they would charge a $6 (plus exchange) fee. Shipping was supposed to be $14 Canadian. Somehow it showed up as $24 (plus exchange) at which point it was already too late and it would not allow me to cancel stating that I would have to put it through as a return and not be reimbursed the shipping. I did an exchange. My new package was photographed at the door of some house I do not recognize. I can't get a hold of customer service to correct this and it's beyond the AI bots control. I am currently out over $100 (plus exchange and free) from this. Not to mention..... The bra is nothing spectacular. I would not pay over $30 for it.

I was not satisfied with one of the two products purchased. Their return and refund policy is absolutely terrible. I had difficulty reaching support. Their email communication is severely lacking and confusing. I was denied a refund. I was sent another product that I refused several times. I was a first time buyer and WILL NEVER order again.

order #SM12195067-TR To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding a recent purchase I made from Shapermint. I bought several body shapers from your company, and what happened after trying one of them on has left me deeply concerned about product safety and hygiene standards. The night before leaving for an 8‑day Caribbean cruise, I tried on one of the shapers for the first time. Immediately afterward, I got into the shower. By the time I stepped out, I had developed a painful boil‑like sore on the inside of my thigh. Overnight, a second sore appeared directly across from the first one, which made me worry that this might be something contagious. By the time I was able to get to a doctor, a third sore had developed next to the original one. The doctor informed me that it appeared to be a bacterial infection and that it was likely contagious. I was prescribed antibiotics, and the timing could not have been worse. My entire cruise was affected—I was uncomfortable, in pain, and forced to wear large bandages to keep the sores covered and contained. When I returned home, I decided to test the shaper I had tried on. I poured peroxide on the inside of the fabric to see if it reacted. It foamed immediately—in the exact spot where the first boil had appeared on my thigh. Although I attempted to record this reaction, I unfortunately did not hit the record button correctly, so I do not have video evidence. Regardless, the experience itself was extremely distressing and unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about whether the item I received had been previously worn and returned without proper sanitation. No customer should ever have to worry about contracting a bacterial infection from a clothing item purchased as new. I am sharing this not only to request that Shapermint address this issue, but also to warn other customers: wash every item before wearing it, even if it is supposed to be brand new. I expect a response from your company regarding: How this could have happened What quality control and hygiene measures are in place What steps you will take to prevent this from happening to anyone else Appropriate compensation for the medical costs, ruined vacation experience, and the distress this caused I hope Shapermint takes this matter seriously. I bought 3 bras & a cami. I spent a lot of money they offered a free pair of shaper shorts. Told me my ORDER WAS CONFIRMED (photo included) but instead of shaper shorts they sent me very ugly polka dot bathing suit bottoms (photo included). I tried reaching them to say they sent the incorrect item to be told, by a bot I'm certain, that the gift they had offered me was out of stock so they substituted. I was not happy with this awful substitution so they said they would give me a 10% discount instead. So they actually wanted me to spend more money because they didn’t send me the gift they offered. How does that even make sense? I sent a photo of a clearance pair of shaper shorts that look very much if not identical to the free ones they had offered & said I would be happy with these but my message was ignored & the bot had reached the end of its answers so wanted me to start this useless process all over again. That conversation took several hours of my day. I no longer have any faith in this company as their guarantee (photo included) means nothing. No point in completing as you never get to speak to a real person. Time to shop elsewhere. Obviously customer service & customer guarantee do not exist with this company.

I ordered and was informed I would get a free mesh laundry bag. One of my items came. I was waiting for the other and I made sure to specify that my free item was going to be included with the rest of my order. I was told it would be. I got the rest of my order. Almost 2 months later I still did not receive my free item. Finally got a hold of somebody through email because you cannot speak to anyone and told me they will send it with my next purchase. I'm not going to be purchasing anything from this company again and they still refuse to send me my free item that I was promised. This is the one of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with especially when you cannot speak with anybody.

Overall the bra fitter pretty well but the costumer service is terrible.I ordered two but one was the wrong size and I wanted a refund. Instead they wanted to give me they wanted to give me a credit note to buy something later. I just bought another bra just to not having a hassle I will not be ordering from them again.

TERRIBLE website as far as Costumer Service - immediately after I submitted my order I realized they charged me for a 2nd bra which they said was for free - so I immediately went to customer service which is one of those chat things- well long story short after 2 days of trying to solve this problem it still isn't - & also important she kept telling me I would receive an Email & still haven't - didn't even receive one to confirm my order - & I couldn't log into my account - this is a TERRIBLE site will never do business with them again & I tell everyone to think twice before ordering from their site
