BEWARE!!!!! Charge you for a membership every month hidden in the agreement of your purchase, and don’t come at me shapermint with you so sorry to hear about your poor experience. You are fully aware of what you are doing wrong as you have responded to so many people having the same issue. You are scamming people out of money and not being clear on your charges. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!

The worst user experience ever. I placed an order for three items, but the sizing was completely off. I followed the instructions to return them for an exchange, and that's where the nightmare began. From the initial purchase, it was clear they were desperate to make me buy more, offering discounts at every possible step—during purchase, after purchase, during the exchange request, in every email, and even in the auto-reply to my complaint. It was incredibly off-putting and frustrating to deal with. You'd think the exchange process would be straightforward, with the updated items sent to the same address I provided. Instead, they put the wrong address on my package, causing it to be returned to the sender. They never provided an update. There's no transparency in how to contact customer service. Even if you email them, you must reply to their auto-reply within 24 hours, or they consider the issue resolved. What kind of user experience design is that?

This is a disgraceful company. It’s a complete scam. When you sign up they automatically store your credit card details and subscribe you to a monthly membership. Then you can’t cancel because their help desk is a hopeless robot!!!! Stay away.

Made a purchase made sure the site was in AUd so no surprises. But still got charged a different amount. When made contact with company was given the reason we charge in USD so it converts But my invoice is in AUD and I have the photos to prove it. The difference is $3 per transaction. It's a pitty that this happens because the products are great

Love this product. Purchased 5 camis. Prompt delivery. Will be purchasing the leggings next. Seems a bit expensive at first but I have worn everyday since I received my order

I chose high waisted leggings from Shapermint. They are such a flattering fit - no muffin top, no constantly hiking them up, feet do not ride up. very comfortable. I love that they cinch in my waist a bit as well. Shapermint were easy to order from, it arrived in a suitable time limit. A lot of photos on site of women of different sizes. A great range of products available.

SHAPERMINT ARE SCAMMERS - AVOID. I suspect the positive reviews on here are fake. You will be automatically signed up to a $7AUD monthly subscription if you simply make a purchase. It took me two months to get this repaid and stopped. I returned my items for a refund - REFUND NOT RECEIVED despite my constant emails, dealing with ‘help’ room on instant message for several hours. I’m owed $80 and will have to start the whole process of contacting their ‘help’ desk again. They want you to give up, but I refuse. I intend to report them for unscrupulous business practices. DO NOT GET CAUGHT BY THIS SCAMMER!!’!

I was unaware of the membership fee and they are taking money from my account each month. I am trying to cancel but I’ve not been given clear instructions. The ‘bot’ on their customer care support line is running me in circles. This is unacceptable!

I’ve bought from this company multiple times and they are by far the best in shapewear I’ve ever used! The quality of the material is insane and so comfortable too. Plus the fast shipping is always a nice surprise.

1. I bought in AUD $, but was charged in USD…making the items dearer eg. An item was $20 so I bought it, but it turned out US$20… so much dearer in Australian money. I tried to cancel the order but that’s impossible, due to chat bot only, and you are given a ticket via email. 2. They do not get back to you for ages, so cancelling was impossible as already posted. 3. I had over 20 emails with this company. They finally told me to send items back. 4. Tried returning but now the items are now FINAL SALES,so can’t return. 5. I disputed sale through my PayPal, but I don’t know what info Shapermint gave them, PayPal refused my case. 6. There was a subscription fee of USD$4.99 per month, Shapermint automatically deducted from my PayPal, I did not know about or signed up for. After many more emails they gave me my “fee” back. I have unsubscribed and will never have any dealings with this unscrupulous company. No humans to talk to. Finally, read reviews first, this company are under-handed crooks…scammers.

purchased a product it is ok, however beware of the opt you in a subscription of $4.99 USD a month with your first order which I did not notice and it is impossible to cancel it on the webpage using the AI Bot, instructions deliberately cannot be followed and you go in circles!! will be interested to see how long it takes to cancel via email - update was cancelled within 24 hours via email so customer service is pretty good

Impossible to unsubscribe from the ‘membership’. Charge you $4.99 per month only to get sent around in circles when you try to cancel.

I bought some amazing products (shapeware cami) but have been signed up to a Membership that I did not approve. I am unable to cancel the subscription as per instructions as there is no option on the Shapermint website. The AI bot is not giving helpful information. I am still awaiting email replies from the company. How do I cancel my subscription?

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing leggings I used what was advertised their Australian website and saw the prices clearly stated in Australia dollars and when I saw my bank account details I was charged in USD and sent a complaint to them for refund and just received a barrage of response tickets finally received an explanation of how I must of misunderstood and how all products on their websites are charged in USD regardless of being advertised in Australia Dollars or any other dollars advertised this practice is deceptive and fraudulent please don't buy from this business buy elsewhere they are scamming unsuspecting buyers.I never Misunderstood it was clearly stated Australian Dollars I'm offended to think they tried to Gaslight me and make out Im the one who got it it wrong

I found this product excellent value for money Fits great Customer Service is excellent Only setback is the postage is slow other than that it’s a 10/10 for me
