Walked in the showroom to book MT15. But there was a lady think the manager, inside the showroom who was literally shouting at the staffs when we entered none of the staffs where bothered to ask what we want nor that lady. She was like rowdy yelling at people. Poor staffs, we walked out because nobody was there to ask what we are looking for or to assist. Such managers spoil business and customer service. Worst Yamaha showroom !!

Went for quick battery service and they damaged the shield claiming it was damaged before itself... No one even answers call.,it takes 3 to 4 days for battery check. Where local mechanic does in 3 to 6 hours

Worst service ever experienced they did not take in the vehicle for service around 5 p.m. Whereas bikerz Yamaha are taking in the service at alandur. When one Yamaha is able to take in for the service at this time why not the other Yamaha? Pathetic supervisors and management.

Reception girls are not friendly, there is a waiting room at 2nd floor, I wasn’t aware and reception girls at 2nd floor didn’t attending customers properly. I was standing in front of them I wasn’t notified. Not informed about the waiting room. Always makes us to wait for long time. Whenever I visit at least spending 2 hours in this showroom. They simply make customers to wait.

Had a worst experience in service for my Yamaha two wheeler and the behaviour was worst staff was rude and service was pathetic damage of silencer made inside the premises and no replacement by the employees Yamaha should remove the dealership from them

Unprofessional behaviour, Untrained service personnels. When I gave my vehicle to service, they damaged my bike and refused to acknowledge and repair the damages. Service issues were not considered and resulted in oil leakage. Better think thrice before reaching this place.

Worst experience as they promised the delivery date on Monday. Then they said on Tuesday. No one informed about the same until I enquire about the delivery. The nightmare is till Tuesday evening I haven't received any calls for service related complaints. So I decided to go there in person. At the evening they said not able to deliver on Tuesday itself. The interesting thing is, they even not touched the vehicle for the 2 days. How come I believe the vehicle will be serviced nicely?. Then I asked them to return the vehicle and took out.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I received during my recent visit to the Yamaha showroom located at Pallikarai . On 23/07/2024, I visited the showroom with the hope of getting assistance with my Yamaha MT 15 new vehicle, which has been experiencing speedometer issues and engine malfunction indication issues. After escalation to service man but no response they are not even showing interested to attend the problems. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Worst service experience, people don't follow service protocol & bill you without doing the jobs. They didn't even water wash my bike for service and didn't take responsibility for their negligence. The owner's behaviour was rude.
