Follow up HVAC inspection by Chris White, Field Services Supervisor on 3/21/2024. Chris was very thorough and explained his inspection results at every step. He explained what the cooling system was doing/not doing and made several knowledgeable recommendations for service and repairs. Shafer Services should be commended for their professionalism and customer care.

Our experience with Shafer was exceptional. We received updates on the arrival status of our service provider and John arrived on time and ready to get to it! He gave us an honest, professional assessment of our water softener and we were very pleased by that. We will be trusting Shafer with our plumbing needs and highly recommend you do as well.
