Engaged this company for defect checking services, paid for the 3 trip package, which was well worth the price. I am considering topping up for 2 extra post-rectification checks (hopefully I wouldn't have to!)
Ismail was in charge of my unit. He was very professional in his conduct and managed our expectations well, which in turn helped with our subsequent planning, reno, furnishings, etc. His team was very thorough and managed to find issues that we overlooked. He also spent time to explain each of the findings and the label color-codes.
Eva (via WhatsApp) was also very quick to respond to my enquiries, and would send over a report within 2 hours after each visit.
I'd recommend this agency to anyone looking for a fuss-free defect checking service.

Both Mr Arunachalam and Mr Heilman were so friendly, helpful and kind and they answered all the queries I had. They are so knowledgeable. I am so grateful that they came to inspect the house and I made the right choice by choosing sg defect scan for inspection as I wouldn't have been able to spot all the defects that both staff did. Long before we received the keys to our unit, we already knew that we can trust SG DefectScan with the defects checking process. As expected, the team was professional and provided efficient service. Eva responded to all our queries promptly, and Mr Raja and Mr Arundas (if we caught his name correctly), demonstrated an eye for detail as they inspected our unit for their first and third visit. They noted defects that we did not see initially, and for that we are thankful. We also entrusted Mr Heilman with the joint inspection with BSC as we were not able to make it. After each visit, the team reported their findings to us within a few hours, which allowed us to follow up with BSC immediately. Thank you, SG DefectScan! We will highly recommend this company to others.

SG Defect Scan is very prompt in following up with the defects and also arranging for checkers to conduct the inspection. They were very thorough in their inspection and gave a brief summary of the defects after they were done. Highly recommend their service for a fuss free defect inspection!
We had our inspection done by Mr Isaac and Mr Ilhan today. They were professional and thorough in their check, finding so many defects that could have never been identified by ourselves. They have also walked through the many defects and explained the typical resolution subsequently. They were also very easy to communicate with. They were polite, friendly ,patience and efficient. We would like to thank them for the outstanding service rendered to us and definitely recommend. Absolute Inspection to anyone looking for such a quality service.

Admin - Eva was quick to provide response to my enquiries and also the updates on the work progress.
On-Site Team - Mr Heilman and team was incharge on the 1st visit and they did an excellent job with the defect inspection. (Me and my wife was there to observe) After inspection was done, the team showed us all the defects and provide explaination on the minor and major defects.
For those family that requires a Defect Scan of their new home, I really recommend getting the SG DefectScan services !!
Detailed checks done and report was generated promptly. After sales service was great too.
