Whole process was fuss free! Was served by Eva and Mr Bashir. Eva communicated well with us throughout, and managed to answer any questions we had. Mr Bashir did his work very efficiently and was very thorough with his check! Would highly reccomend!

We were too busy to keep going to the house, Defectscan was convenient as they did the defect checks and met with HDB for us so we didn’t have to do anything. Will recommend.

Mr Khalid and team of two of members helped me with my new 4 room tengah bto one visit inspection and they were very thorough in their work and gave us a good briefing of what the tapes mean, what are main areas to look out for vs the minor ones, and for defects that are not obvious to the eye, they taught us how to "feel" for them. This process gave us a lot of assurance as lay person who may look at an issue but not able to spot them or may think of a situation as normal but actually those might fall within normal and acceptable range in industrial standard. I have yet to receive the PDF report but I feel very ready to follow up with BSC myself! Mr Khalid and team was also very professional and polite throughout our interactions and gave us assurance that if we have further questions regarding their report we can feel free to call them even after today's visit. For those who have a healthier budget can consider opting for their three visit package because I trust that the team can really save you a lot of hassle and give you good backing to fight for what is rightful owed to you as a home owner! Very impressed with the service rendered by every team member from SG DefectsScan. They were all professional, polite, meticulous and thorough. They identified many issues (probably 90% !) which I didnt spot/lack of knowledge and were very detailed in their explanation to me and the developer contractor. We engaged SGDefectScan for my new BTO. It was very easy to set up an appointment with them and they were prompt with their replies. Had a good first impression, they came early and very detailed and thorough with the checks. They provided detailed email report on the defects and liaised with BSC for the joint inspection to rectify the defects. Very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them defect checking.

Staffs are very knowledgeable. Able to answer the questions that we have for them. After the defects check,they showed us what defects they have found. The staffs are friendly too. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Thumbs up!

Overall services were unsatisfactory and underwhelming. Very difficult to schedule an appointment and checker from the 1st inspection didn’t join 2nd/3rd inspections - and thus lack of continuity and which claim to be their main value add to discuss with developer.
