By the time I got the second notice, I only had one day left to either pay the fine or submit an appeal. In the middle of a hectic workday, I contacted multiple law firms, and McKenzie Law Firm immediately stood out. They were incredibly easy to work with, and the intake process was smooth and stress-free. Throughout the entire process, Dave was responsive, detailed, and clear. He explained everything I needed to know and took care of all the hard parts, making the appeal process feel easy and manageable. Thanks to his help, what could have been a stressful situation turned out to be completely painless. The results were beyond what I was hoping for, I ended up with no points on my record and only had to pay 1/10 of the original fine!
