Cool technologies & people, but...
Pros:Some teams use bleeding edge technologies Freedom which technology you want to use People are friendly Great DevOps & SREs Cons:Low salary -- usually people get 1.5-2x more money if you work there long enough Many things are custom for Seznam Weird headquarters -- some products did not make sense, but they've improved communication lately Development takes long time, missing fast prototypes or e2e testing Advice to Management:Seznsm Is also a technological company, but there is little communication between teams about the same technology. Automation testing for the whole product does not exist, and many developers focus on rewriting the old code rather than have better test coverage. Also, I'd rather see hired 1 great developer than 2 mediocre ones. But you need a salary for that.
