This place is great! They are always very attentive and always make sure you’re 100% comfortable. If there is a wait, then I know it is because they are giving all their customers attention and care! The laser procedure itself is very quick and they always make sure I’m not in too much pain. The prices are unbeatable. Hermalinda has been the best technician so far, Sarah has been great, and Maya was so sweet and got me checked in right away. I love this location!
VERY VERY disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely rude to my partner and unfairly labeled them as "aggressive." We called ahead to let them know we were running a little late, and we were told it would still be okay to come in. However, when we arrived, the situation completely changed. When we asked for management contact information to address our concerns, the staff refused to provide it. To make matters worse, they closed the store early despite previously telling us we could still come. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to resolve the issue were unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on our experience.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office and the amazing staff. Lauren is truly exceptional.. she is so kind, considerate, and caring. She always checks in with me throughout my laser treatments to make sure I’m comfortable and adjusts the settings based on my pain tolerance. She makes what could be a very vulnerable experience feel completely comfortable and stress-free. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my laser treatments in such a private area! She is not only incredibly professional and skilled, but also such a warm and beautiful person inside and out.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Brennan and Rita at the front desk. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and informative. From the moment you walk in, they set the tone for a positive experience and make you feel valued and cared for. Their kindness and professionalism never go unnoticed.
This team consistently goes above and beyond, and I always leave feeling grateful to be in such good hands. Highly recommend!

I have been with SEV for years, but this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I felt very disappointed and disrespected.
The person who called herself a manager (or whatever her position was) was extremely rude. I ended up cancelling all of my appointments just to avoid having an experience like this again.
She completely ruined my day.
BEWARE OF SEV'S MISLEADING PRICING.
I booked a Full Body laser treatment after reviewing SEV's pricing page, which clearly lists:
* Single Session: $689
* 8-Session Package: $540
* Membership: $400
Any reasonable customer would conclude that the 8-session package costs $540. That is exactly how the information is presented on their website.
To make matters worse, the booking process reinforced that understanding. I was only charged a $100 deposit, and my receipt stated that I owed approximately $476 more. Nothing indicated that the advertised $540 price was actually a per-session rate or that the total package cost would exceed $4,000.
I even called beforehand and was encouraged to take advantage of the promotion because prices were supposedly discounted.
Only after receiving my treatment was I informed that the actual cost of the 8-session package was over $4,000 and that $689 was the price for a single session. At that point, I felt completely blindsided.
This is not a complaint about the staff. The employees were professional and courteous. This is a complaint about a website that presents pricing in a way that can easily mislead customers into believing they are purchasing something entirely different from what is actually being sold.
Advertising an "8-Session Package" with a price of $540, collecting a deposit, showing a remaining balance consistent with that amount, and then revealing a final cost of more than $4,000 is UNACCEPTABLE.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with SEV carefully review all pricing details and get written confirmation of the total cost before committing to treatment.
