The booking process is complicated.
You need to book and complete all your paperwork at least 2 weeks in advance to have enough time to adjust medications and skin routines so that your free appointment will not be declined. On first attempt they sent the paperwork 4 days before my appointment and I needed to have been off retinol products for 7 days, second attempt it was due to antibiotics. All I wanted was a consultation to find out if I was even eligible as a cancer patient. I guess not. Not a great practice putting the fine print BEHIND the paywall.
The website also needs work, I had to submit my paperwork 3 times before it finally processed properly.
The fine print mentions consenting to zoom consultations, I was hoping for one but have been unable to schedule such. It's just not worth it to drive an hour into the city to be turned away at the door.

This location has always been overbooked and it seems very hard to get appointments that fit within the recommended timeframe for laser treatments to be consistent and effective. Even with open availability their appointment options are way too spaced out. It was also a different tech nearly every appointment I had and they default to using the weakest setting on the machines, even after many appointments and requests to increase the strength. They are literally always listed on Groupon despite being overbooked, which is a red flag. It all seems designed to flood their appointments, keep you coming back, and maximize their profit. I saw *way* better results with fewer appointments when I switched to using professional dermatology offices and/or independent laser clinics. I now save myself the runaround and avoid retail laser chains like SEV and LaserAway.
Kayla is absolutely amazing. She was so informative and explained all the risks and concerns from laser, check on how I was doing throughout and gave maintenance tips.Genesis is the sweetest as well.
Love their service and if I could give them more than five stars, I would! Gave me the results I wanted. Always friendly, always on time, and very informative.
