The ladies at SEV laser have been phenomenal with my hair removal treatments! They are kind, attentive and professional. Nurse Chandel was particularly thorough and when she saw I was too tan in one area, she advised me to wait one more week before laser to not risk hyperpigmentation. This speaks volumes about the care she has for her clients. Also, the hair is already growing weaker just after a few sessions. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at SEV Laser. During my Brazilian laser hair removal treatment, I was treated by a trainee and suffered burns and blistering in a very sensitive area. I dealt with severe discomfort and emotional stress from this experience. What has been even more frustrating is how the situation has been handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

While we do not have a formal grace period however we oftentimes can accommodate if one is a couple mins late. There are times, particularly during busy hours, such as right before lunch, when our team is required to step away for legally mandated breaks. This can make it challenging to accommodate clients who arrive even a few minutes late. That said, we genuinely do our best to offer flexibility whenever possible and to reschedule appointments in a way that minimizes disruption. I purchased the Lower Arms (Medium) laser hair removal package for my daughter for approximately $600. After payment, I was informed that they would not treat the inside portion of her lower arm because they determined there was not enough hair growth in that area. Since part of the area I paid for would not be treated, I asked if they could instead include the small 1-2 inch area of hair on her hand that is directly adjacent to the treatment area. My request was denied because hands are considered a separate treatment area with a separate fee. While the staff was polite, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility, especially since I only requested treatment of a very small area in place of an area that would not be treated. I believe customers should be clearly informed of these limitations before purchasing a package so they can make a fully informed decision. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to some of the negative reviews before purchasing. I assumed that because the business is located in a professional, upscale area, I would receive transparent and customer-focused service. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

This was my first time at this location since the remodel. The look is very minimalistic and clinical. However, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Any questions you may have (especially those of us who were Ideal Image package holders), they try their best to answer and find ways for you to maximize your visits and sessions. Today’s staff were top notch! Also, the laser has a fan attachment on it which really cools down the laser zaps! So that’s a really big improvement - it makes you more confident to have other areas taken care of as well.
