Beware - manager customer service and professionality is seriously lacking. Both my partners had large visit count laser packages here. We've had scheduling difficulties and the management has been less than helpful. We once shifted an appointment due to unforeseen availability. The scheduling staff did not review any appointment considerations with us. After the call ended we realized that the lasering area was not shaved the night before and therefore not prepared for lasering (skin is very sensitive and subject to razer burn/bumps). We called back asking to reschedule WITHIN TWENTY MINUTES and were informed that this would result IN A FEE. Holding a reservation spot for 2 hours from the current time is somehow going to result in a fee, as if we had held this spot from some other customer and would somehow be costing the business lost revenue?? Admittedly, we made a mistake with not being entirely prepared for the appointment scheduling - ownership is taken there, of course. Blanket application of such a policy is silly nonetheless. Anyway, I have some interactions with the manager Shaina who apparently does not care much about maintaining good relationships with existing customers who have and are willing to purchase expensive service packages. Shaina, decides to reprimand me via email and make sure I know we won't be getting any fee waivers in the future while telling me that the scheduling agent made a mistake and the fee for this issue will be waived. 45 days later, my partners account is blocked and we owe a fee? What a wild ride for a customer spending nearly $1,000 at a "luxury" business

I just had my first laser hair removal appointment at SEV and I had the best experience. From the front desk staff to the technician, everyone was SO warm, friendly, caring, and empathetic. They took the time to answer all of my questions and really cared about the experience I had, especially as a first timer to laser hair removal. I can't wait to keep coming back!

I have been going to SEV Laser Calabasas for over a year. They have always been quick and efficient. Everyone is nice and appointments on time. The place is clean and one time my kid was sick and I had to cancel last minute. They were very understanding. Thanks for the great service.

I drove two hours to make it to my appointment, but unfortunately, I was six minutes late due to traffic. I had informed the clinic ahead of time about the delay, but when I arrived, my appointment was canceled anyway. I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially after making such an effort to be there and communicating in advance. The front desk was not helpful at all.

I had an appointment for Facial laser I was running 6 minutes late they canceled my appointment without telling me mind you I already gave them notice I’m running late never coming back at this location poor service

In a word AMAZING!! The ladies here made my first visit very special and welcoming. I loved the interactions they had with not just me but with each client. Lewie is top tier when it comes to customer service and Camilla has the gentle touch that every first time client dreams of. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

My appointments are always so quick and easy when I come here. Camila is so sweet & never fails to make me feel comfortable. Pricing is very reasonable as well! Would recommend to anyone looking for a smooth laser experience.

Do not go here if you want to be treated with empathy. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the customer service I received. I arrived for my 2:50 appointment at 2:55 due to unavoidable Chicago winter traffic, after spending $40 on an Uber Black to ensure I got there as quickly as possible. Despite being only five minutes late, I was told I would only have time for one of my services and would need to come back another day for the rest. This was especially shocking given that I’ve spent over $3,000 here on packages. To be treated this way as a loyal customer is unacceptable. The real slap in the face was walking out of my appointment - which was cut short despite me arriving within the 5 minute time frame that is literally their policy - to an empty waiting room, so clearly time accommodating others wasn’t the issue. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of empathy from the staff. Not one person acknowledged my frustration or made any effort to accommodate the situation. Absolutely horrible service.
