I had a new patient and cleaning appointment on 18th Dec, 2023. Pro- At first glance, the clinic is well maintained and very clean. All employees were very courteous. Dr was kind and professional. Con - My hygenist however felt rushed and the cleaning part was very very painful. I waited a few days before writing this review. Its over 4 days now and my gums are still paining and i have acute discomfort in my mouth. I was not expecting this outcome because I read all the positive reviews before i chose this clinic.

This is the worst clinic I have dealt with. I went just to have my teeth cleaned, but unfortunately the Dental assistant broke part of my toots filling ‏while cleaning it in a violent manner, and caused me pain in another tooth. I feel that something went wrong with this tooth, when she made a very painful measurement before she start to clean my teeth. This tooth was previously repaired in another clinic three months ago and it was healthy , but things changed after the dental cleaning. During cleaning, my teeth were bleeding and I was swallowing blood because she was cleaning and vacuuming together and she was not controlling the suction well . The blood gets out on my clothes, I told her the measurements so painful and she said no problem we can use pain removal but she didn’t.I also expected them to quickly fix what they did to my tooth filling, but they asked me to book a new appointment, without any respect for the time wasted or any sense of the mistake made by their staff. I am now in pain with this tooth when I’m eating or drinking since I cleaned my teeth last Saturday . I did not feel this pain before going to them.

5 Star service! My son had a cavity that was infected and needed immediate attention. Dr. Damji and his staff were quick to address the problem and provide a quick and effective solution to remove the tooth as this was going to be replaced with another tooth coming up. The tooth extraction was quick and painless for my son who is 11yr. My son is doing much better and we left with smiles on our faces for the fantastic job Dr. Damji and his staff did. I've been going to Seton Family Dental Centre for 3-4 years and highly recommend Seton Family Dental Centre! Dean

The staff are all so nice, it’s very clean, Dr.Pickley is my dentist and my kids’ dentist. She is very gentle and takes a conservative approach. Shes also got a great sense of humour. Doesn’t suggest anything that isn’t necessary. The front end office staff are so friendly. I love this clinic.
