Excellent work done in cleaning the house and walls.
They did a proper job in disposal of old items.
Very much satisfied with the work done and the attitude of the people.
I would like to change my review.
They confirmed my booking for cleaning 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and and balcony on Friday and I had made arrangements for family member to be available to oversee the cleaning work by taking leave on Friday
Friday morning at 10.30 am they call me and say they have to reschedule but assured me that they will do the job on Sunday. I told them it was very important for me as on Monday obe of my family member is getting from hospital and I want the rooms clean before that. Based on their assurance I did not make any alternative arrangements.
Now most disappointingly they call me on Sunday morning and said the two person assigned to me are sick and they couldn't come and want to reschedule again
This is totally unprofessional and I really don't believe the excuse they are giving.
They are big let down and even after I complained to Mr.Babu Vincent he apologized and said nothing can be done.
I told him I will not book with them again.

Had a nice experience from day 1 of starting communicating with madam. They listen to all thr concerns well and also help prioritise the services. Took a Decluttering and cleaning service which was initially planned for two days, then later I had requested to make it in one day. So we were sent enough work force to be able to complete in a day. The team had five young boys (two of them spoke tamil, the rest didn't understand the language) who were into work. Wouldn't call them experienced in Decluttering and rearranging but if you are beside to keep advising they do it well and also learn quickly. Despite a heavy work on that day, their smile, energy, and dedication was as much the same as they had it in the morning. They weren't in a hurry to finish, and were willing to do the entire house. We felt that they had already done a huge work, and by ourselves said it's ok to stop without the front space and varendah. They were willing and wanting to do some more, had we not stopped them.

I used service square for unpacking after shifting. They were very responsive and the staff was very helpful. They helped us unpack and discard items that were taking up unnecessary space- this was especially useful since we moved from a bigger house to a smaller house and had to eliminate a lot of things. It was a big relief. They also cleaned the place very well. Would recommend this service.

I availed the service to clean my restrooms. Excellent work done by a person called Raj and the restroom stains were gone and it were like new restrooms. We are very happy and completely satisfied. Good value for money. The person was very polite and worked very hard. Great service.

I have called for quote and shared the pictures of my bathroom which has lot of stains (since we haven't used it for more than a year), he asked for 2.5 more times than the other cleaning company, when I asked it he convinced me that they won't use acid and some special equipments in involved and assured to remove the 95% of stains.
But actually on the day a delivery company deliver some bottles of acid and followed by only a North Indian man came with normal cleaning brush and no equipments were there .
He couldn't remove the stains at all ., Wen I called the coordinator HARIHARAN and complained about the output , he was not listening my concern at all Instead he was just trying to only convince me, ( someone has strongly induced in his mind that by keep on talking is the good Marketing skills and best way to convince the client)
I engaged them only after seeing these Google reviews , but I really surprised about it now,
They are charging 2 times more than other company in market just by stating these Google reviews but I feel it's completely fake marketing and not worth at all .

Mr.Rajesh, we remember cleaning your toilet more than 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, all of the stains did not go - though one of our best cleaning technicians had come to your place for the cleaning and he had spent about 3 hours trying to get your toilet really clean. One probable cause could be frequent use of harsh chemicals like acid, in the past.
We also agree with you that we are more expensive compared to others in this field.
However, there are 3 inaccurate statements in your review:
1) That the reviews by more than 600 customers are fake.
2) That we use acid. (We pride ourselves over avoiding the use of acid).
3) That our staff came to your place only with a brush. (Our staff ALWAYS go for any work with a full kit containing an assortment of cleaning materials and tools)
