Booked and paid through Agoda. Came at 3am in the morning only to find no room reserved. Tried calling the hotel at least 10 times during the day to inform late check in and but line busy constantly. End up no place to stay for the night because all hotel fully booked. Hotel staff easily asked to find different hotel, insensitive to the fact we have travelled almost 6 hours on the road and its very late in the night. Ruined our holiday.
Tengok reviews banyak kata ok, mungkin nasib saya dapat bilik x ok, bau, ada lipas, lantai jarang², cat dinding menggelupas sebab dinding lembab, kayu lis lantai dinding buruk, lembab ada lubang dan lipas keluar dari situ. Kalau dapat bilik 203 reject je. Bilik xda tingkap. Bilik lain yang ada tingkap ok rasanya.
