The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating but they are also friendly and personable. The doctor is dependable and trustworthy, the techs are well-trained and have amazing bedside manner, and the front desk receptionist is a great fit for being the face and first impression of the facility. This was my first time getting a laser hair removal treatment and they were very knowledgeable and patient with me. If I need more treatment moving forward, I am coming back to these professionals!

I went in for Picosure laser to treat hyperpigmentation, and the results were incredible, even after just one session without any pain or discomfort. My dark spots were all gone within a week.
If you’re dealing with stubborn pigmentation and want something effective without a long recovery, I’d highly recommend it. I’m so happy with the results!

This place gives off shady business practices, period. No one answers the phone at all. All correspondence is done via text messages. This kind of poor communication is already a red flag. Hours before my Consultation appt. I get a text saying that my appt. will be canceled if I don’t fill out the forms provided in the text message link. However, the forms are Not about medical history, but saying all the following precautions of the treatment have been discussed with me. Which is not true, because I have never stepped foot in the office for anyone to discuss anything with me. When I say I can’t sign it now bc this is not true, and prefer to sign it there, the person who you have no idea who it is bc it’s all done through non-personable text messaging, says my appointment is now canceled. If, I was getting treatment during this appointment then sure, but I’m not it’s just a consultation. All in all, Weird vibes all around. I would not trust this place nor recommend it, unfortunately.
Edit: to correct some errors in their response: 1 rescheduled appt to the next following day. 1 is not multiple by any means.
Sarcastic remark, of calling a business shady is not sarcasm, but my opinion based on my experience.
New patient forms containing a liability waiver for treatment verbiage of agreeing to discussion that has been had is blindly signing something that is not true and I want no part of.
The red flags of this place have made me happy my appt. was canceled. If I don’t feel good about it, I’m not doing it. Especially with a place that is deceitful (saying I had multiple cancellations), and several other red flags mentioned above. I don’t want them touching my face or any part of me with the potential of permanent damage. Sorry.

Dear Ramya Sivakumar- you have had multiple no shows or last minute rescheduling for an initial consultation ( its the same thing) . In addition , we asked for you to fill our new patient forms prior to arrival for the consultation with our doctor ( who's time is just as valuable as yours) . In the new patient packet - the forms include basic patient identifiers , policies forms, as well as general information and consents on the topic of interest . This saves you time and us time and educates you on the discussion at hand, so that when you meet the doctor ( who is spending his time providing a complimentary consultation, at least you are prepared) , and it makes the meeting more productive. He also then uses those forms to complete his assessment and plan. Filling out the forms also signals that you will show up . We handle all of our scheduling via text seamlessly, and smoothly . We tried to reach out to you again today regarding your upcoming appointment today , with a reminder to fill out the new patient forms and you were rude giving sarcastic and ignorant remarks. We respond to every inquiry that comes through our practice within minutes during operating hours. If you don't follow our policies and show up to your scheduled appointments on time, you will will be cancelled which after your refusal to fill out the forms and show up on time on several occasions, we cancelled you . We also by the way returned your phone call today in an attempt to explain all of this to you and you never answered the phone x 2 . Touche! There is no need for you to write 10 versions of your review . Its very simple. You want to book a consultation with us , we are happy to have you . We have our own very efficient way of doing things , and if you don't like it don't come here . For the record , people love our system- its fluid, precise, thorough, and we do things the way we do for multiple reasons. Good luck! SRC
Huge shoutout to Dr. O’Connell and his wonderful assistant for my first Picosure laser session for hyperpigmentation and acne scars! Dr. O'Connell truly understands Asian skin. Just look at the before-and-after photos of his Asian clients on his website. I’ve had other consultations where they suggested different lasers, but they didn’t seem to understand how sensitive Asian skin is to post-inflammatory pigmentation.
Dr. O’Connell was incredibly kind, detailed, and meticulous during the treatment, carefully targeting every trouble spot. Even on day one, I can already see a difference. His assistant was also so thoughtful, gently tapping my leg to help me stay calm, which surprisingly worked. I’m so happy with my experience and already looking forward to my follow-up!
