Never used before so relied on ratings. Staff were very friendly, took my order over the phone and when the roses I ordered turned up, the girlfriend absolutely loved them. They were presented beautifully, nice big blooms, a perfect display as hoped. Fully recommended and I'll be back and will use again.

Having used Serendipity for my own wedding, friends birthdays and my Mum's funeral and 1st year anniversary I have always been so impressed with the quality and service and wanted to promote and use a local business until today. Having ordered 10 cerise pink carnations for my Dad to take to his late wife's grave on what would have been their wedding anniversary and cerise being their chosen flower colour I was left bitterly disappointed today. Not in a position to leave empty handed as Dad was waiting in the car I was given 10 pink carnations and told sorry that was the closest they had. One head was dead that couldn't be seen through the wrapping and another half dead we discovered once graveside. They certainly weren't fresh. The cost also I felt was astronomical £25 for 8 wilted heads and 2 dead heads and a bit of gipsofelia. A phonecall to the number I left would have been good customer service to inform me the order could not be met. Never again!

Such a fantastic service, I ordered flowers for a 60th Birthday and they were stunning! Really special and perfect for the birthday girl. The lady who helped me was so helpful and friendly and I was impressed from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Shocking service & disgraceful customer interaction. Apparently when the florist sends flowers to a different address to the one they were given is the customers fault. Flowers were nothing like what was ordered either & ended up getting to the right place 3 days later & are now frost damaged. Rude & disgraceful women who work there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Disappointed with the bouquet I ordered for my uncle's funeral. I specifically order a large bright bouquet, not a funeral wreath, but what arrived had no baring to the picture online. For £45 it was small and mean-looking and the flowers used were totally different - obviously the season has to be taken into account but what arrived in no way resembled what I paid for.

I lost my daughter Hana to Domestic Abuse 4 years ago. The lady is always so helpful. I asked her for a small wreath from me and a posie from the boys. She produced a lovely butterfly from me and a pink angel from the boys. I cried but was also happy to lay them on my daughters grave. I sent photos to my eldest grandson and he said how beautiful they were. X

Ordered a coffin display for my husbands cremation. Wasn't sure what I wanted other than yellow flowers, his favourite. The lady in the florist was so helpful and told me she would sort it and not to worry. Flowers delivered to the crematorium and they were a lovely display couldn't fault them. Took them home after the service and put them in my garden.

I am so sorry your flowers were not as you expected! Could you please add a photo to your review so we can assertain the problem for you today! As my mother and daughter explained while you were rushing them in store today, we only had 12 roses left from our very fresh delivery today, which should have cost £60 but as they were our last ones my mother was very kind and decided to offer you those plus some other bits for a discounted price! If you are unhappy please feel free to return the bouquet to us today and we will refund you your £50. Unfortunately after you were so rude to my 12 year old and mother after they tried to accommodate your requirements of the brown paper being not right, the heart bag not quite fitting properly and the ribbon being too christmassy for you , i expected you to come up with some issue! But swearing "s*** shop" after all that in front of other customers and a 12 year old girl is inappropriate at best. The eye rolling at my daughter, mother and other customers was also very rude, as she had to finish another bouquet before yours and another customer came in after.

I ordered a small Posie for a family funeral at quite short notice. The lady that served me was very helpful. She gave me her full attention and listened to what I had pictured in my mind. The result was a perfect posy, which was just the right size. I highly recommend this local florists. The photo was taken 2 days after the funeral.
