Waited a week to be told product unavailable Was waiting almost a week after I got approved and got an email that the company was going to ship my order. I then got an email saying the were out of stock I now had to buy two items I didn't really want. I asked for a little discount to bring the price to where it would be and was told from one person they aent obligated to do so and then another said that they aren't allowed too. Two very different answers. Been a very loyal customer until now and will no longer use this service or refer others to use it

Delayed shipping I was approved for a laptop, went through every hoop with them and they finally "shipped it out on June 19th. It is now July 5 and the package still hasnt left the drop off location. UPS sent me a notification that said to contact the sender and put in a claim for the item. Where is my package? Nobody knows..

Thieves and liars I bought a few items.on installments. 1st time in my life.and the last. I bought an electric guitar on credit for about $ 350. Being trusting i didnt read the fine print. That guitar is costing me about $1500 for a cheap imitation of the real thing. When i called to enquire they threw it back at me. They know they are thieves. They rely on peoples blind trust. Once you sign. Forget it. I advise you to shop elsewhere.warn everyone. Buyer beware. M. d. G is a money scam. Nothing more.

Stay Far Away So, folks know my review is legit. My order ID was *******. MDG is one of the most unethical and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. The so called 'customer care representatives' in my case Johnny Radakovic (not even sure if that is his real name) are unhelpful and do everything possible not to help customers. In my case I ordered a TV and PS5 bundle (which included 5 games). I received the TV and five games but apparently the PS5 was 'lost' during transit. I was told by both MDG and CEVA (the shipping company MDG uses) that my parcel had been 'misplaced'. Tracking information shows it had been scanned in Chicago but never made it to Minneapolis. My parcel (PS5 console) has been 'lost' for almost a week now. MDG refuses to ship me a replacement PS5. I was told CEVA needs to confirm the original parcel was 'lost'. Are you kidding me? It has been a week (almost longer). CEVA lost the package. MDG still refuses to ship me a new PS5. Even worse, the so-called customer care rep named 'Johnny Radakovic' told me my first payment won't be reduced even though I never received the PS5 console. I was told MDG would deduct 50 dollars from my total 'owed balance'. Bull$#*!. You lost the parcel. Can't find it. If you aren't going to ship me a new PS5. You shouldn't be charging me for something I never received. Why in the hell is my monthly payment not being reduced? MDG is incredibly unethical. All this could be fixed if you just sent me a replacement PS5 console ASAP instead of purposely doing nothing while at the same refusing to lower my first payment. You couldn't be anymore dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional. It is crazy. I saved every email. I will gladly post them as well showing just how insensitive MDG's customer care representatives are trained to be. Like I said. All this could be fixed easily. Just send me my damn replacement PS5 console. Expediate shipping. Use another shipping company. FedEx. UPS. I don't care. Just make sure it arrives. Terrible experience with MDG. I do not recommend them at all. Stay far away.

Bad Customer Service Poor Customer Service. I placed an order on 12/13 and was told that day and on 12/14 that then order would ship 12/16. I was lied to for days and kept telling it would ship the next day no problem. It didn't ship till 12/19. Now, it won't get here till after Christmas. If they hadn't lied and it shipped when they said it would, it would have been here in time. I have been with them for years and spent thousands with them and they just don't care about loyalty.

You will pay forever Paid of 3k without ever missing a payment. Then they ketlpt charging me 10$ a month I askednthrm to stop and after a year the bank told me closing the account was the only way to stop them from taking money from my account. Then a guy named Andre emailed me saying I owe 30$. I said no and send me a bill. Then they posted me owing 270 to trans union saying I missed payments. I asked for a detailed bill and he said look at my account and see what I owe from missed payments. I told him that account does not exist because of them and I cannot check it. I asked again for a detailed bill and he stopped messaging me.

Racism and disappointed I feel very disappointed with this website because after being 1 entire day of recollection of a bunch of information my assistant ( Olivia ) told me that I, unfortunately, couldn't ship my product just because I couldn't confirm my date of birth in English while my son was next to me who can tell her I was approving everything. For me, this was very disappointing and disrespectful. I considered this as racism. If you plan to use this, just let me tell you that you need a lot of your personal information just for a thing.
