DO NOT BUY FROM SEATGEEK! SeatGeek ripped me off for $4,320.00! Purchased tickets, Traveled 5 hours to ************. Somehow tickets got us in ******* but there were people in our seats with duplicate tickets. Went to ticket office and after looking up the names, I was told my tickets were invalid. SeatGeek won't refund or compensate me even though Colts ticket office confirmed via email the seats on the day of the game were registered to another name. Seatgeek doesn't show a transfer from my account, thinks I used the tickets, said what I'm describing can't happen and said I'm screwed. I initially disputed charges on my credit card but SeatGeek responded with proof that I ordered the tickets, which was never in question that I placed an order. ***** sided with SeatGeek and put the charges back on my card. It took me no less than 10 calls to ******************* and several emails to get ahold of a live person. By the time I got confirmation from the Colts ticket office, I went back to ***** and they said the dispute has been closed for more than 30 days and they can't reopen it or I cannot open a new dispute. Bottom Line is SeatGeek is a SCAM, A FRAUD A TOTAL RIPOFF! Buy your tickets from some place reputable!
I bought 2 tickets to a clemson football game. There was a second charge that popped up on my bank account the next day. I did everything asked to show I only purchased 2 tickets. It clearly shows that the same 2 tickets were charged twice. After more than a month , I received an email saying they will not refund money for the second charge because i didnt report same day as i purchased the tickets. I bought the tickets around 9 pm the night before. I would not recommend buying tickets from seat geek who is actually owned by ticket master. Horrible service
I was supposed to be in section 420 row, 11 seats, 1 and 2. For some reason, it put me in row. Section 401 when I called immediately within 5 minutes and spoke to a representative *******. *********, they told me to reach out to seatgeek, then I reached out to seatgeek and I was mistreated, I was overtak, I was told nothing could be done, even though I contacted the wiithin the half hour of the purchase. To let em know that something was wrong. They absolutely refused to switch my tickets out without approval, yet for some reason, they had nobody to get approval from,They refused to cancel the ******** I could repurchase the correct tickets before they were gone. ****** transferred me to her supervisor *********, who overtaked me, refused to help me, told me she didn't have a supervisor refused to transfer me to a different supervisor and then hung up on me intentionally. she yelled at me, told me I was hilarious, laughed at me. I called back trying to get a corporate number to report her insubordinations, however, *****, the third representative, told me there was no corporate number and that there was an IT issue, and the way she treated me and talked to me on the phone and was pretty much just Bieng pushed aside and told nobody be able to tall to me till later. According to the buyer satisfaction guaranteed. I'm supposed to contact right away if there's something wrong. I contacted right away. I really wanted to go to this game, but I wanted to sit in section 419 or 420. Not 401. I'll never use seat geek again. For any kind of concert or ticketing in until this is resolved. I canceled my bank card. Unfortunately, the charge had already gone through. I've called 3 times nobody will talk to me or work with me properly. And all they had to do was switch my tickets out. Instead, I was treated badly yelled at belittled . BeRated called names and hung up on.

************************. They are the only one who wins in buying and selling tickets. They make it impossible to sell tickets without a huge loss if you are unable to go. You pay them 25-40% of the value to buy the ticket, then if you have to sell them you have to price out that amount so someone can buy at the same value + they take 15% of your sale. It is absolutely piggish. This industry needs to be broken up.
SeatGeek charged us $112 for a parking pass at a ************ game at a parking area near the stadium. When we arrived, the parking lot was only charging $30. We were appalled. We still had to walk half a mile to the stadium. My mother in-law parked for free right next to the stadium. SeatGeek ***** our bank account and people need to be aware of them scamming.
Seatgeek was helpful only after they were non responsive and my opportunities missed. I made a terrible mistake using them in the first place buying friends and myself Bob Dylan tickets. We had to cancel and instead of getting money back they banked the money for a year. Every time I tried to get tickets through them except one minor concert they thwarted my attempts and delayed access until it was too late.(the seats available weren't very good either) Opportunities in my area dwindled so there was nothing worth attending. Trying to access communication with them requires the skills of genius hacker or paid detective. It makes me ill to think of the money I lost. I feel foolish to have used them.

DO NOT buy parking tix from them!
They say the sellers are "local" but the sellers hire "couriers" to meet you in a strange parking lot to physically give you the parking tix. SeatGeek states they "vette" the sellers- a lie! Other brokers will send it via overnight mail or electronically
I purchased two tickets to a baseball game in Chicago for June 25. Then my trip dates changed and within 10 hours I asked to cancel my purchase. Mind you, my bank acct still says my order is pending, but customer service was unwilling to cancel. I'm sure there is a consumer protection law against this type of inflexible ticket service. Also, I waited in their chat area for 4 hours. Cheap ticket but not worth it.
I am beyond frustrated with SeatGeek due to their failure to resolve an issue with a fraudulent parking pass I purchased through their platform. I paid $56.52 for a parking pass and selected a specific lot to tailgate. Upon arrival, I was informed that the pass was not affiliated with the stadium at all. Instead, I was directed to park at a nearby restaurant, and take an Uber to the stadium. Parking at the restaurant was completely free (there was no attendant when we arrived or left and no shuttle that they claim brings people to and from the stadium) leaving me questioning what I had paid SeatGeek nearly $60 for. This experience not only defeated my intent to tailgate but also caused me to incur additional expenses for a rideshare to the stadium. Hauling all our tailgating equipment via Uber made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Had I known parking was not affiliated with the stadium, I could have parked at the restaurant directly for $0, avoiding the wasted expense and hassle. In the past, I’ve used Gametime, a competitor, to purchase tickets, and when I encountered an issue, they immediately issued a refund, demonstrating excellent customer service and reliability. I had the same expectation of SeatGeek but was severely let down. Upon purchasing the parking pass, there was no indication that it was not affiliated with the stadium, a critical detail that should have been disclosed. SeatGeek's customer service compounded the issue. The first agent I spoke to assured me I would receive a refund to my original payment method, only to later backtrack and offer a coupon code instead. This was unacceptable, as I have no intention of using their services again given the shady nature of this transaction. A second agent denied I was ever promised a refund, despite my providing a screenshot, and stated that the coupon code had already been sent, making it the only resolution they were willing to offer. Their handling of this issue is not only unreasonable but outright misleading. Being told I would receive a refund and then being denied it is a blatant failure to honor their word. As a ticket reseller, SeatGeek has a responsibility to stand behind their offerings, especially when resold tickets and passes often fail to meet expectations. I am not alone in raising concerns about SeatGeek, as numerous other complaints highlight similar troubling issues on the Better Business Bureau. Their poor business practices and lack of adequate customer service are evident and should serve as a warning to consumers. SeatGeek needs to take accountability for their failures and make meaningful changes to their business practices. Perhaps the service works when it works - but beware of when it doesn't. I strongly urge others to avoid using this platform.

I purchased four (4) usher tickets in August 2024 for the October 2024 concert, that concert date was rescheduled to December 2024 by the artist. I reached out to SeatGeek and was told I should reach out to Ticketmaster because its their tickets, when I did Ticketmaster advised that they havent received payment for the tickets yet from SeatGeek. When I tried to reach back out to SeatGeek, they told me I should try to resell the tickets or just attend the concert, because theres no refund. I tried explaining in multiple emails that none of us (ticket holders) are able to make it to the concert because one, the rescheduled date is so close to the original date we would not be able to get the time off work again in this short space of time. Two, three (3) of the ticket holders are unable to fly back in to ***** due to the airfare. None of this was taken into consideration. I would have been willing to get a credit for the tickets, even minus the taxes and fees. But SeatGeek was not willing to help anyway. This is very disappointing.
Unethical selling practices
Do not list tickets for Seatgeek to sell. They will list them for more money than you selected. They claim they charge 10% fee, but that's a lie. I listed tickets for $1000 sell price which should pay me $900 a ticket, which is the 10% fee. However they charge the purchaser $1200 each, which means they marked them up another $200 each but was going to only pay me $900. Which means I would be charged 25% fee. If you are ripped off like this call Attorney General and get your politicians involved and your local tv stations. Big Corps trying to bully the average working man. Total BS!
Crappy experience. Somehow ended up purchasing sports tickets for the competing team’s venue and held on chat (poor substitute for customer service) for 1.5 hours! My request for a refund was denied. The seller was too happy to make a sale and gave me **. I will NOT buy tickets here again.

They are thieves they sold me the wrong tickets after I paid 2500 for club level covered seats for *** bama they delivered end zone tickets worth 200 in the rain and refused to refund me or give me the right tickets. They lied about standing behind their sales which is a guarantee even after admitting the mistake. Thieves and liars do not use.
SeatGeek is a scam. Plain and simple. I purchased tickets in October and after some investigation after receiving my tickets, I came to the conclusion that they were fake. The venue conformed I would not be able to get into the event if I tried using the tickets purchased from SeatGeek. I called 10 days in a row begging for a refund. No luck. They said I had to wait until after the event. Fine. After missing my event I asked for my refund. They said sorry we only allow refunds up to 72 hrs before an event. Are you kidding me?! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was denied. The reason? SeatGeek said I accepted their terms and conditions and was offered a refund several times for my inconvenience. I dont have access to their call logs so I cant disprove their lies. I have always had positive experiences with SeatGeek until now. It is absolutely ridiculous that a company is allowed to lie and manipulate the system and because they have a powerful legal team, they get away with it. I strongly advise anyone looking to buy tickets to use a different website so you dont get scammed like I did.
My bf and I bought a parking ticket for the AT&T stadium for Monday night football (Cowboys v Texans). Seatgeek is the official resale partner for these tickets and we couldn’t not buy them anywhere else. We arrived 1 hr only and went to our designated lot only to be told that our ticket won’t scan because it’s already been used. Seatgeek refused to refund the ticket and ignored multiple emails trying to resolve the issue. Funny thing is there were seatgeek ads all around the stadium touting their buyer's guarantee. Such a scam company and will never buy from them again. We spent around $150 for the seatgeek ticket that was already used. Eventually found parking right across the street for $60. For anyone going to the AT&T stadium, don’t buy off seatgeek who who scams their customers by selling already used tickets and then not refunding when caught.
