They took the money nd didn’t fix refrigerator. Been 2 months , didn’t receive my money back. FRAUD. Stay away from them.

First of all, I think an 8 hour service call window is too big.
I was told the technician would arrive somewhere between 9 and 5 and had I taken a day off of work to wait for the repair I would have been steaming mad because Sears cancelled my appointment after six hours of waiting.
Whatever.
I was grateful that the call center followed up to try to diagnose my issue over the phone (washing machine was shaking like crazy when off balance).
Sadly, the call center did not supply my technician with an adequate number of suspension springs and so a return trip is going to be needed (Sears if you are reading this please contact me).
As for the technician himself, well, he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He also is presumably overworked and underpaid.
The bill for my "half-repair" was steep. While still cheaper than buying a new machine the whole experience left me wanting.
3 stars.
The repairman Mitchl was very knowledgeable and polite very helpful answering all my questions I will use him again no one else.

David P installed the new igniter but left the silver vent pipe behind the dryer all crunched up we had to lift the piping up to expand and pulled the dryer out more so it was stretched out to vent properly.

Dennis was very professional, arriving on time to repair our dishwasher. He explained the issues after some troubleshooting and analysis, made the repairs, and was out in less than an hour. We will miss service techs as he once they retire.
