Set us up with a property, put our holding deposit down and then was told we can’t move in till 21 days later than the agreed date. The night before the second agreed date, they emailed me the night before to let me know they can’t let us move in, because the lady occupying the property won’t leave. Currently struggling to store my items and not sure where we will stay till we find rehousing. They constantly ignore your calls and messages, literally impossible to get hold of. They also arranged a face to face appointment, once we drove down from London to Southampton, they let us know that it’s just their virtual address for postage and won’t be meeting us. I know they have many rooms but I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

An absolute joke!! We moved in January of this year their responses were great when they wanted your money when we moved in we had a broken boiler a live wire exposed and it took them months to fix this the live wire is still exposed as it never got fixed they do not care if anything is broken to actually do stuff about it and I cannot stress enough when it comes to deposits (THEY DO NOT PUT YOURE DEPOSIT IN A PROTECTION SCHEME) which is required by law they tried telling me it was used for my last months rent when I knew my rent was payed in advance and tried taking my deposit they’re address on google is just a postal address they don’t operate there there is only 3 people working in the company and they are in in there early 20s I believe one star is too much to give these people I cannot stress enough about how they don’t put you’re deposit in a protection scheme so do not go with them

I was promised greatness. The property I thought I was visiting was lovely and fair priced. This company loves to lie. The second I entered the property my eyes began to droop and my skin faded yellow. My doctor has diagnosed me with scurvy. Do not use this company for anything unless you have a desire to live in what can only be described as a nuclear waste zone.

These guys be straight capping on god, would not be surprised if the last occupant of the property I was shown was a serial killer, place looked like a haunted manor, and smelt even worse, couldn’t recommend less

Room advertised was completely misleading, not using any pictures from the same house. Garden was covered in rubbish, bathroom had mould growing everywhere and house was also full of rubbish. Complete fraud don't trust these people whatsoever

I found my flat in Southampton with the support of Mark and the SDM property team in a very short time. I appreciate the way they work professionally.
