BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! We purchased a home warranty from this company and we have had two claims with them. The first one was for stand up freezer and was denied. The second one was just yesterday 9|21|2022. This one was for our fridge. First time I called they to;d me my policy was canceled by system. WTH does that mean. So my husband then called and was told that they didn’t have access to the information on y the policy was canceled and was told an email address to contact the “cancelation department” because they are no longer taking customer phone calls. WHO DOES THIS.
After being angry about all this my husband checked to see if they charged his credit card for the bill. And low and behold they still took money out for our warranty. How can you say it’s canceled and still take money out.
CUSTOMER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If you have a contract already with them be aware. If u don’t have one with them RUN AND DON’t LOOK BACK.
I have been tryin to get in touch with the company for 6 months over a claim that was never paid out to the contractor. I am still waiting for a call back and have been told over 10 times that I would be receiving a call back. I have also left countless emails with no contact back. I need to be contacted immediately in order to settle this claim and receive compensation for the gross negligence of your company.

I would NOT recommend this company. I have been calling for service since 8/31/22 and no one has gotten back with me and it's almost been a month 9/22/12. Called back several times and the same lady always answers, she said it could take weeks, I told her I wanted to speak to a manager, she said no manager was available. I then told her that I wanted to cancel and she said I would need to email. Well it's been days since I emailed and still all no response. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY!

UPDATE. SCAM ALERT! I didn't even get back my prorated refund. I've been CHEATED big time with this bogus home warranty company. They keep telling you to email the company but nobody would every reply. You can't even speak to a manager and the operator who picks up the phone can't help with anything.
DO NOT SIGN UP for the 6 year warranty at $1900. I decided to cancel after 11 months, and I didn't get back my prorated money. They will only give me back $1100. Then again, it has been one month and I still haven't received any refund. I kept calling them but the person who picked up the phone said she can't do anything except to ask me to wait. Now I'm worried that I won't get even a single cent back, and most likely I have been cheated off the entire $1900.
Read your contract properly and read the fine terms carefully. It feels almost like a scam. They try to lure you in with a good deal, then provide poor service (your first claim will go through, but not the subsequent ones), and then hope that you cancel your home warranty. You WON'T get your prorated money back. Do not be fooled by the salesman, but read every single word on the contract very very carefully.
When I placed claims, they delayed in sending me a technician and then after 1 week or so, they said that they couldn't find an electrician and/or plumber. Then, they'll give you the option of finding your own technician, but will find ways and means to not approve your claim nor give you a full refund. An electrician may cost $300+ but they will offer to pay you back $100 only. And after 6 months, they will not reimburse you yet even after multiple phone calls. The tactic is to delay the customer as much as they can, or to try to avoid having to pay out for claims.
Complete care home warranty is the worst home warranty; it has the worst management and very very poor customer service.
Not of the many of sub-contractors do not take order from this home warranty.
I called for my A/C rapier, it was middle of summer. First 3 companies did not want to take order, so it took about more than a week I was without A/C
I canceled my contract, back earlier May 2022; still I have not received my refund.

During the first 30 days of the policy the new customer is to review it deciding to keep it or not. I carefully reviewed the heating system section and electing to keep it. Months later my heating system failed. I contacted complete Care. More than 3 months later a technician reviewed my hot water heating system identifying the problem - a zone valve. Complete Care took a portion of the air conditioning system section of the contract called zone controller applying it to the heating system portion of the contract. An AC zone controller is exempted from coverage. Complete Care applied this exemption to my zone valve denying the claim. I was not told they would mix and match portions of the policy for the purpose of denying coverage. Complete Care may wait up to 48 hours before assigning a technician unless it's deemed an emergency then a technician would be assigned immediately. The heating system failed during winter. It took 3 months for a technician to arrive. Fortunately, this zone was the second floor which was not being used but the point is a heating system failure should be deemed an emergency. Lastly to interpret the contract not even interpret but to apply what I call cross-functional fertilization is completely wrong. The Pennsylvania attorney General is presently involved I'm awaiting to hear back from complete Care and the AG.
This company is a scam. I cannot get in touch with anybody. They have been taking money out of my account for months and I go to file a claim because my dryer stops working. And when I file a claim they told me that they cannot help me because my policy was canceled within the same month that they took a payment out. I have called customer service and they told me they’re gonna put an email through I have emailed this company from an email I was provided and still no response this has been eight days now and I’m very frustratedb

This company has become a scam. They will not respond to the claim made online. When calling customer service they say they can’t find technicians so I went with the reimbursement procedure. What a joke! The so called authorization department does not exist. Each time I call either no one answer the phone or the only customer service woman picked up the phone repeating she escalated the case but she knows nothing else. BBB has taken away its accreditation. I paid $2600 for the policy and no claims were ever successfully reimbursed. I am going to file a small court claim against this company. And from the reviews here and on BBB I believe they scammed thousands of people. I will also consult my lawyer friend how to file a class action against it!
Update as of Sept 8 2022 - just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this scam of a company. It's been 28 days since I filed a claim and still no one from the Dispatch Department has reached out to me to schedule a service technician. Of course their "customer service department" will not forward my call to the Dispatch Department. There is no way to communicate with anyone other than their "customer service department". My advice - do not purchase a home warranty from this scam of a company. Find a company that is not a scam like this one!
Complete Care Home Warranty - what a joke! Can't seem to get anyone to respond to my claim. It's been 9 days - was told a service technician would contact me within 48 hours to set up an appointment. And, or course, there is no way to speak to anyone in the Dispatch Department - can only send them emails. No functionality on their website. What a waste of money! Stay away from this company! Must be a total scam!
