Started the weight loss program a few months ago and have successfully lost a few kgs. Natasha has been really friendly and helpful; thanks to her guidance I learn about the proper nutrients intake, correct form and etc. It was a pleasure to have her as my PT!

I began the Sculpt Society weight loss program about three months ago, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the progress I’ve made. Trainer Nat has been fantastic—her support and encouragement have made me feel at ease in the gym, especially since I tend to get anxious about working out. Her expert advice on equipment use, form, and diet has been incredibly valuable. I’ve not only made positive progress but also learned the importance of healthy weight loss e.g. never starve yourself. Best thing honestly is discovering I’m capable of far more than I thought possible... like lifting weights I never imagined I could EVER lift (haha I'm a really weak gurlie). It's been a fun journey!

It has been a great experience at Sculpt thus far. Gained a lot of knowledge on both nutrition and the right way of doing exercises from my trainer, who goes above and beyond to ensure that I’m consistent with my diet and independent to perform exercises on my own.

Do not contact them unless you appreciate being spammed. Came across their advertisement on ig and reached out to them. Keep getting spam from them ever since, from different WhatsApp and even sms. Tried unsubscribing and even blocking but still they keep contacting. Edit: saw it in my email too, spamming across all channels is so annoying.

Even if it's for a trial, it's really heartwarming to see the founder himself come down and get his hands dirty to show what proper gym routine and form is. It all start from the basics and if the form is not done properly, it will affect your whole routine. For that 1 hour, I have learnt very important fundamentals. Appreciate the time and sincerity! Highly recommended, quality workouts for your time spent.

I started attending the Sculpt Society for about a week ago and i have already lost 3kg. The facilities are top-notch, providing a wide range of equipment that is well-maintained and modern. What truly sets this gym apart, are the instructors who not only experts in fitness but also have a deep understanding of weight loss and nutrition. A special mention must go to Viki, the chief trainer, whose positivity and patience have made a significant impact on my weight loss journey. His step-by-step guide to weight loss has not only been enlightening but has also helped me to see weight loss as an achievable goal. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to lose weight in a supportive and nurturing environment.

It’s been an amazing experience at Sculpt Society's weight loss training so far! I’ve lost about 11kg in around 1.5 months. The non-judgmental environment has made all the difference for me. The trainers here are patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, teaching the proper techniques and helping you understand the meaning of each workout. I have been thinking of joining gym for some time and exploring options. Something always pulled me back. After a long speculation, I have finally decided to join and opted for Sculpt Society seeing so many good Google reviews. I was given Trainer Natasha. She is a young trainer with immense knowledge in her profession. I used to read a lot about fitness and diet and was of the opinion that I knew how it works. After my first meeting with her, I could say that I really learnt a lot from her, the right way of eating, the micros, the macros and lot more. She poured in lot of valuable information which is very helpful. She just not focus on only your training but equally on your diet. She made me understand my strength and always keeps me pushing with a positive attitude. She is very professional yet friendly. She understands you, your strength, your limits and will design your diet and fitness accordingly. There are times when I thought I couldn't even finish one set but she made me do two more. She checks regularly on my diet and helps me keep going by sharing her food and healthy recipes often. I have not only benifitted from the training but also enjoyed training because of her. I always look forward for my next class due to the rapport I had with her. If you are anyone looking for one good personal trainer, just go for her without any second thought and you will thank me later. I look forward to train with her again soon.

Started at Sculpt Society since last year, and it has been a great experience thus far. I attend group classes, and working with experienced coaches such as Firdaus, Joel, Leon, Natasha, Wee, have helped me improve my form and posture. These coaches know what they are doing. I’ve been to a number of gyms, and I must say that they are a lovely and welcoming team. I love that classes are kept to 4-5 people, and coaches ensures you do the exercises correctly. Hope that the gym always keeps this same quality!!

Joined Sculpt in Feb 2024, with the aim to lose weight and build strength. I gained knowledge and how to train safely with my trainer Natasha. She helped me run through my fitness and meal portions giving me insightful tips and videos on how to build my stamina and eat right. It’s been 3 months with a 1 month break from Ramadan, I was able to achieve my weight loss and looking fitter and stronger, best of all, learning how to use the gym and curating exercises which I can do them on my own.

My husband and i who are well over the age of 60, decided to dust our gym paraphenalia and become more active and fit for 2024. Sculpt Fitness came highly recommended by my daughter and son-in-law and we joined this gym from January. The sessions were well planned and customised. Nicholas, our PT, is ever so patient but encouraging, ensuring safety and proper posture all the time. Our muscles have finally woken up and we do feel more energised, confident and fitter! We highly recommend personal training at Sculpt Society

I came across Sculpt Society's IG when I was looking for a personal trainer to kick off my weight loss journey. They were very prompt in replying to my queries and before I knew it, I was having my first session with my trainer, Wee! I'd like to give a huge thanks to Wee who focused on strengthening my knee first (as I have right knee issues) before going to the workouts proper. Along the way, he also shared his knowledge and advised me on my diet. At the end of my 20 sessions, I have lost about 5kg and gained the knowledge to sustain a healthier lifestyle. Sculpt Society is definitely the place to go to start off your fitness journey; it has such a positive vibe and the trainers are warm & friendly also 😀

Viki the chief trainer is so knowledgeable patient and kind. His encouragement is the key to a positive outcome for your training and they never look down on you and treat you with respect. I highly recommend this gym membership to everyone who is looking for a wonderful gym membership

I joined Sculpt Society since mid January. Since then, I lost 7kg, and counting since I have a few more classes to go. I wanted to do PT and this is the nearest to my place. It's very hard to find quality PT in the heartlands. Most of them are in the CBD. Viki recommended Nic, the head coach. The start was tough as I had to get used to have PT and dieting as part of my daily. I work freelance so my schedule is always changing. I also do lots of food reviews, so dieting is quite a challenge at first. However, with time and guidance from Nick. I managed to prioritise fitness. Some weeks I lose alot, some weeks I gained abit. I can count on Nick to keep me on track. What I paid for wasn't just for Nic's time and the use of the gym, but it's also the new habits I cultivated and being able to prioritize my fitness in my life (it helps to tell people that I paid for this so people respect my schedule lol). I'm confident to go ahead on my own after with the tools I learnt from Nic. (plus I told them to not publicise me in the beginning and they respect my boundary, happy to share my review tho, well deserved)
