Couldn't imagine a worse experience than the one I had with this law firm. I would give more details if I honestly thought they would be interested in improving but more likely they would just try to sue people into silence. Just stay away from these people, find someone you can actually trust.
A friend of mine recommended Goldfarb & Luu when I needed to do some estate planning, and I couldn't be happier with their service. I was nervous going in because I had recently been put in charge of some family affairs and had never done any estate planning prior to this. From my first consult with Rebecca to the final signing of my paperwork, I felt taken care of and supported. Rebecca, her partner Dinh, and the rest of the team (Jessica, Marla, Michelle), provided timely communication and much appreciated flexibility. I have a very hectic schedule and it often takes me a minute to get to certain to dos in my life, so it took me a bit longer to finish my plan. Rebecca provided me with a comprehensive timeline based on my own schedule with which to finish my plan, and when I fell behind she would send gentle reminders to help me get back on track. All of our meetings took place on Zoom and I only had to visit the office once in order to sign my paperwork. They also understand that estate planning can be stressful (it's always difficult to think about and plan for one's death), and they provided me with a lot of processing time so I could come up with the best plan for me and my family. I'm a single mother, which is often a hard thing to navigate in these legal spaces, and not once did they make me feel uncomfortable about my situation. Rebecca was so understanding when it came to my unique situation when deciding future arrangements for my young daughter. I've been in similar legal situations where I've been talked down to by lawyers (mostly male), and that was never my experience here. I'm so grateful I found this wonderful firm and I highly recommend them for all estate planning needs.

I have used G&L for several things (trust set up for myself, trust set up for my ex-husband, trust set up for my children and finally trust administration for a deceased family member's estate). They go above and beyond for me, had my back every single step of the way for the trust administration (and we had some pretty ballsy beneficiaries trying to steer the ship but Rebecca and Dinh were not having that), and were sending me emails and communicating with me even way past office hours (think 2am, all because I simply was sending a response at that time but in no way expected them to reply until the next business day). I would recommend them to anyone who needs T&E legal advice, support and trust set up. They think of everything and are very straightforward and will tell you what is required, legal, appropriate, etc. Will continue to use them throughout the remainder of my lifetime!
