Stuart, Mitch, and Josh were super helpful with my downpipe leaks! I always struggle with my availability so had to ring a few times to Stuart/Mitch to sort out a suitable time - they were super responsive and understanding! Hopefully, this fix will solve all my concerns - I am sure it will! Thanks team!

This plumber cancelled the first appointment last minute and just didn’t show up to the rescheduled one. Didn’t communicate - not worth the hassle, would recommend to steer clear.

Dear Stefanie, we are truely sorry we let you down 🥺. We agree that what you experienced is unacceptable. You deserved better. Unfortunately, on this day, our team member who was scheduled to attend to your job had just learned of a tragic and sudden death of a loved one. It threw a curve ball to us all as we've honestly never had to handle such a situation and the deceased was known to all of us. We did out best to reschedule Mitch's jobs but it is clear from your feedback we failed to manage this successfully. We're truly sorry we let you down but also glad to hear you found another company to help you on this occasion. As discussed, if you should need a plumber at any time in the future we will waive our callout fee as a gesture of compensation. We appreciate your understanding 🙏 Stu.
