I rang at 8.20am and Jesse was there before 9am, sorted out the blocked toilet (and showed me the camera) and I was free for my first client at 9.30am. I appreciated having someone with such an easy going and friendly energy in the house who explains things clearly.

Contacted Stu for a quote after getting recommended. He was very upfront with quote and pricing. Prior to coming out for the job, Mitch let me know how far away he was. He was very efficient with the job and knew what he was doing. Very pleased with the service provided by SS Plumbing and Draincare.

Did a fantastic job of cleaning out gutters, reattaching down pipes and getting our house renter-ready with zero fuss and a lightning turnaround. All done over a few calls and text messages (with photos). Highly recommend.

Stu was excellent.
He quoted clear rates over the phone before visiting, explained the work while offering various options before proceeding, and most importantly his work was of a very high standard.
He also seemed to know more people in my street than I do. Plenty of hellos from the neighbours. I am confident myself and half of Fairfield can recommend Stu.

Chap turned up bang on time, was very polite and got on with the job. No bubbles in the toilet when I had a shower afterwards so hopefully he has it sorted. Would recommend.

Spoke to the team at SS plumbing. Was a great interaction from the go. Jesse turned up on time , evaluated the job and understood my concerns . Needless to say Jesse got stuck in and fixed the rain water drainage Great job. I was a little bit dubious that all of Ss plumbing review’s were so great but now I know why . On time -professional- great communication. 100% recommendation
