This shop is honest and does great work gave us a free estimate and got the work done same day straight forward honest and great work my son found this shop for his 1997 Monte Carlo and we will definitely be back and recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest good mechanics thank you again.

WOW! What a great place that meets or exceeds all your car needs.. I came for maintenance and ended up wondering into the performance side of my vehicle and now I am a customer for life as they can do everything your vehicle can possibly need with exception of Tires and body-work. However they have a referral network for body work and tires that is better than just walking into a tire shop blind so you cant lose with these guys! Mike is a true professional and knows his stuff!

Highly recommend. Marcos is a man with integrity and the belief in doing the job right. This job presented some challenges and he worked with us to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction as well as his. He wouldn’t let the vehicle leave his shop unless it was correct. My daughter has found a shop she can trust to do it right and stand behind their work, committed to excellence. We will definitely return for any future maintenance and repairs. Congrats Scottsdale Car Care. You managed to seize my engine, total my truck and I achieved “Salvaged Title” status. DO NOT use this shop!! I went in for a small oil leak and left with a seized engine and now a salvaged title after insurance got involved due to the magnitude of damage cause by the shop and mechanics ($33,000)…..6/62024 - I can see that honesty is still not company policy as there are several non factual statements in the response. The oil leak was VERY minor and NO towing was involved. Associates lied to me the entire time the truck was under their care and they should have declined it initially knowing they had zero experience with diesels and a minor oil leak.

As an auto repair shop, we take calculated risks with every vehicle that comes in because we don’t always know its full history. Recently, a customer brought in a 12-year-old truck that had just completed a 1000-mile road trip (including towing) with a major oil leak. Our technician replaced the oil pan gasket, but upon completion, the engine wouldn’t start. Instead of assigning blame, we immediately offered to make things right. After all, our shop was founded on the principle of helping people. However, the customer insisted on having the repair done at a shop in Kansas. Undeterred, we went above and beyond. We arranged for their return to Kansas, provided a rental truck, and shipped their vehicle to their preferred repair shop. We took care of the necessary repairs, even though it wasn’t our usual process. Every shop encounters unexpected challenges (cars falling off lifts, parking lot mishaps, faulty parts), but what matters is how we respond. We’re committed to exceeding expectations for our customers. To prevent similar situations in the future, we’ve implemented several corrective actions: Digital vehicle inspections now provide visual records of issues like oil leaks, ensuring transparency. Our digital workflow allows us to track vehicles remotely during repairs, proactively addressing delays. When dealing with oil or transmission leaks, we collect fluid samples separately to assess oil levels accurately. We’ve also taken personnel action, terminating an employee for poor customer service. When issues arise, maintaining professionalism is crucial. We view this incident as an opportunity to learn and improve. Our dedication to exceptional service remains unwavering.

Easy no headache type operation! Great service is an understatement. Keith was very knowledgeable and explained in detail all my options. I needed immediate service, they took my car in immediately and had it fixed 24 hours later! I didn’t feel taken advantage of and left understanding what was done and why.
