Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the store is clean and well organized.

This used to be my favorite dispensary unfortunately you have an employee from another dispensary her name is Danielle she likes to create a control vibe with rules she likes to make up as she goes along she also likes to make you feel uncomfortable you need to get rid of her she kills your vibe like she did Ultras I’m not the only one who feels this way the rest of your staff is beyond awesome

I absolutely love this place. Any time I pass through Hobbs I always stop by and peruse their wide selection of enjoyable adult treats. Staff is polite and attentive as well as knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices and great daily specials. Hours are very convenient for most of my trips to and from NM.

On 5/26/2024 ,I come in the first time in the morning , service was good ,the young lady she was professional and helpful , knowledgeable, but I returned later that day at about 5:00 or 5:30 P.M. and I really wasn't satisfied with service this time the two guys was unprofessional ,not knowledgeable trying to be slick and manipulative and and not understanding my order and misunderstanding , brought me what I didn't ask for and I pay for it anyway and the two guys almost began arguing about it while lots of customers were there this is not the streets ,I won't be coming here again. And there should be something stating no refunds even though I haven't left the inside of the store, instead of employee telling me before I walk out the door . Poor communication and lack of professionalism .
