Very disappointed, they booked an appointment with me then 2 hours later informed me that they are cancelling the appointment. If you are up to capacity then say so on your website. Not at all impressed

After reviewing your enquiry, we saw that the service you requested was not something we offer or have available as an offering on our website, and at that time our team was also at capacity. To avoid an unproductive session, we contacted you immediately to let you know we were not able to assist and cancelled the auto scheduled meeting. We also discussed this with you over the phone and recommended alternative service providers who were better suited to your request.
