I was very wary using a place on line but, all of my questions and concerns were answered and I was assured that I could go into the store to try out the scooter to find the right fit. So, with some help I decided to purchase the Revo 2.0 scooter. It was on sale and ALOT less money than the local store in my town. Rebecca was so helpful. I ordered it on Monday snd received it on Wednesday. No tax! No shipping cost!
5 stars on customer service, price and shipping directly to my house. I’m glad I found Scooter Country 👍
I am enjoying my scooter so far and am taking it out for a ride everyday No problems so far.

Wow! Such great service! I called this company after many days reaching out to other companies for a replacement battery for my elderly father’s mobility scooter.
Honestly, all the other companies took days to respond and requested I send them pictures of the batteries I needed to replace. After doing all that was requested from me, I would have to wait for a couple of days to only be given a quote that was just ridiculous. Also was told that it would take 3-4 weeks for the product in addition, I would have to pay for the shipping.
Whereas, I called Scooter Country Canada, and I was connected to Gus, he immediately assisted me with the Model number I needed and the price was half of the other quotes I was getting from the other companies. Shipping was free and to be delivered within 3-4 days! Wow!
On top of the great service, he even included a promo coupon of 10% off!

Scooter Country has the Best customer service I have ever dealt with. My husband and I bought 2 Movo Brome scooters which are great and love the performance. We had ordered one that was too big and had to return it. Gus was great and helped us get it returned and helped us find the perfect ones to fit our needs. And Cameron the guy that delivered them was great at helping with new scooters and to return the one too big. I would Highly recommend this company as they go out of their way to help.

Even though the product was not what I was looking for (due to some picture misunderstandings), the team at Scooter Country Canada had amazing customer service and were able to make the return for the product! It was an easy and seamless process, with great communication and even an arranged pick-up for the product. Scooter Country Canada went above and beyond in this instance and I would highly recommend their store for whatever you need! Any questions were promptly answered via a quick phone call, where you could really tell they care about their customers and products that they are selling.

i love what i got a canopy that i was able to match with the bag at the back was able to attach the two together with a longer u bolt what i was not happy with was the 3 weeks it took to get them i live an hour away from the store to me that is unreasonable amount of time i was ready to cancel my order and don't think i will order from here again

Am very pleased with the scooter, but haven’t had the opportunity to yet take it out for a spin…hopefully tomorrow.
Believe there should be better communication offered by carrier, was a lot of confusion & unnecessary stress because of this

Excellent service from these folks. We've received a mobility cart and a Jazzy 613Li custom configured wheelchair, and both are exceptional products from Pride Mobility. The Baja Wrangler has given my wife the freedom to go with me on our daily walks. Our lazy Westie pup doesn't always ride...lol.

there was a few problems with shipping to begin with but Gus helped me through it and went over and above, to make sure I was happy. The guy that delivered the scooter also was very pleasant and helpful.

Very satisfied with the scooter and the very competitive pricing - at least $400 lower than the best price I could get locally. The delivery was very fast as was the unpacking - it only took me about 3 hours. The fact that the scooter was pre-assembled made all the difference. The manual was comprehensive and well written - the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend both the scooter and Scooter Country Canada to a friend.
