Did a home build. One of the best experiences was the concrete work. We needed retaining walls besides flat work. They did it as soon as they could on time. Then we needed patio work done they did that almost 2 months earlier then scheduled. Mike & crew did a great job. Would definitely recommend them for concrete work. Sincerely Adam Achilli
We set up digging of basement and Schweighardt was to come in right after to pour basement walls and all of a sudden he would not return my phone calls and text messages. So I got left with not getting my house built until spring. Very unprofessional. Certainly not dependable

This is false. Homeowner was *attempting to general contract their own home build. They couldn’t acquire an excavator on their own during the timeframe we had available. When they finally did we were already booked out. It is not our fault that the homeowner did not acquire the excavator in a timely manner. This review says nothing about our workmanship or quality of work rather a disgruntled homeowner who wasn’t organized enough to run their own project.
Schweighardts Concrete came to my rescue. I had scheduled a late season foundation work with a competitor construction co., after 6 weeks with several promises to start with no action, eventually no response to phone calls, texts I physically posted a note on their door to which I got an email response that they were no longer interested in doing job.
Then a friend suggested I call Scheighardt's. It was mid December and they were able to schedule my job, kept me posted as to start date and handled my special requests, as well as, giving me advise and suggestions to create a better result to the final project.
I was overwhelmed by the cordial, flexible manner that I experienced when final grading was underway. I wanted the natural flow of the property to be changed and that was accomplished with the expertise of the skid steer operator.
I am greatly impressed and thankful for the result of working with Schweighardt Concrete and strongly recommend them for any projects. They have a well trained experienced staff.
